About this property

New in-ground pool for 2026 season!!

We are renting the house from Sunday to Sunday this summer. Stay as many weeks as you like. Enjoy your getaway in this breathtaking home with beautiful open floorplan.
Guests will enjoy the expansive master suite and large walk in closet. There are twin xl over queen bunks in each of the other two bedrooms and a twin over twin bunk in one. Find extra space for guests on the two queen sized sofa beds in the living room. The living room is bright and airy with access to the elevated balcony overlooking the Manasquan river and the huge driveway with plenty of parking.
Enjoy being walking distance to the beach and Jenkinson's boardwalk and downtown Point Pleasant Beach. Lots of restaurants and bars just steps away. Fishing and charter boats just across Broadway. Work on your short game with the putting green in the back yard and relax those sore bones in the hot tub just out the back door. There are 4 Beach passes (2 Adult and 2 Kid).

The Simons have a beautiful and very comfortable house. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Gamesroom was great for the entire family. It is in a high volume district of Point Pleasant, but biking is great!Thank you for the memorable family stay!

We had an amazing time , The property is in a great location, and the house was very nice. Are kids had a great time in the backyard with all of the amenities that came with the house. We will for sure renting from them again next year

Best spot in Point Pleasant Beach

The is the second consecutive year we stayed at this property. Location is phenomenal with restaurants and bars all within a short walk. Nights we stayed in the upper deck, hot tub and putting green gave us plenty to do and enjoy. During or stay a nasty storm rolled through making the yard a mess of fallen branches. The host who was super accommodating and communicative responded immediately and had a crew on site to remove the mess. Excellent choice for a beach vacation. We will be back next year.

Family trip back to the shore

Our group had a great time. The rental was nicely kept up and owner was responsive. The unit had comfortable beds, but lacked pillows and blankets. Sheets and towels provided were nice and clean. Kitchen was modern and updated but lacked some essentials like mixing bowls, hand mixer, etc. The game room was an awesome addition to the property. The AC was a concern during the week as it was a heat wave, but the owner tried to accommodate. We would love to visit the property again, and hope the owner will make the simple upgrades based on our feedback to enhance the property.
