Comfort of a home

The exterior of the house is well maintained. We enjoyed the spacious interior of the home. Each room of the home was clean, the kitchen, each bathroom, dining area and living room. It is located within minutes of the boardwalk and popular attractions. Communication with the owner was professional and friendly.

Never Again Do Not Recommend

Booked the place for a night stay. Checking in was fine for the most part. The host says go through the front only but the parking is in the back and anything you do to get to your car is in the back so it makes no sense. The house itself is ok. They need to add bathroom rugs. The stay at the place was fine. However upon us leaving the house the host showed up to run us out of the house. Which doesn’t make sense because we were already leaving out. He tried to blame us for a piece of the dining table being on the floor which had nothing to do with us. As I was checking the kitchen cabinet to make sure we didn’t leave anything in there the cabinet came off the hinges and almost hit my face. Luckily I was holding it in my hand. The owner asked me why did I touch that and turns out he knew it was already broken with his statement being I broke it more. Not are you alright or there being any sign saying this is not working please don’t touch. Lastly he got in my mother’s face as if he wanted to fight her which is absolutely unprofessional and stupid especially with my family being right there. He sat in his car from 10 am circling the property to get us out and thought the guests I was with didn’t notice. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It was very hectic and took away from such a wonderful celebration of my grandmothers birthday. Also Vrbo trying to contact your customer service team is a headache and there needs to be better help there as well.
