Overall good stay. Great location. House was clean. Great hot tub. Easy communication with the host. Departure instructions were standard. Just cosmetic stuff - scuffed up walls and carpet stains.

Hot tub was nice but TVs do not have cable as advertised. You will need to use your own subscriptions or fire stick etc to watch TV. Some of the furniture is a bit worn and dated but overall very nice place to stay.

What an amazing place to stay for an extended time with a larger group. We celebrated my daughter’s JMU graduation with grandparents and siblings. It was perfect. Clean, convenient and perfect getaway.

Both my family and my sister in-laws family had a great visit at this property. Great location. The Queen need advertised is actually a full size and needs to be replaced. I would say the property is due for a refresh for things like touch up paint, deep clean, and carpet replacement. We also could not find the fire pit out back and the grill was rusty so we didn’t use it. Again, just need some TLC, but we still had a great time at this property. The Fuzzball table and pool table were great.

Great location and everyone around was friendly. In close proximity to a lot of amenities in the area didn’t really need to leave the resort area. The place was very spacious and lots of fun with foosball table and cups unfortunately pool table was under repair at time but didn’t stop us from having a great trip. Highly recommend property for a nice get away. Hot tub was definitely enjoyed over the trip.

Awesome weekend

The house was perfect for a getaway with friends. Had lots of games, and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location, very close to the resort and town of Harrisonburg. Would love to stay again.
