The location can’t be beat! It is amazing to be right on the beach and walking distance to the pier and town. It’s on the third floor so not good for those with mobility issues. Also, the listing should say there is no AC, but windows open and many fans made it ok. We had a lovely stay and wonderful weather at the beach!

This place was great. It was right on the beach - beautiful sitting on the deck and watching and hearing the ocean. The upstairs bedroom was amazing - opened the windows and could hear the waves crashing with cool breezes coming in. Easily walk downtown and to restaurants. Had everything we needed. The only negative I could say is - it was the third floor so there are stairs (no elevator). My mom did ok but just had to think about it once she left - she didn't want to go up and down often. However, if it wasn't the top floor there wouldn't have been the cool upstairs bedroom. So just make sure you are good with two flights of stairs. Everything was clean, organized and host was easy to communicate with (not that we needed anything because everything was all set), but getting check in and check out info was organized and on time.

Family vacation

We loved our stay at casablanca. The location to the beach and amenities was amazing. We loved the balcony to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The only thing more we could have wished for were a few more towels, but it wasn't a big issue.

Old Orchard Condo on the beach

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our weekend vacation. The views from the deck were awesome and we had beautiful sunrises. The pier is a five minute walk and everything you need is right there. Extremely easy check-in. Would definitely stay here again if we come up this way!

Unfortunately, some issues significantly impacted our stay. The most significant concern was the lack of air conditioning during temperatures in the 90s. Given the cost of the rental, it was disappointing that AC was not provided. Even with the windows open and fans running, the bedrooms barely reached a comfortable sleeping temperature at night. Families traveling with infants or young children should be particularly mindful of this. I also believe the listing should disclose the lack of AC more prominently, as this is highly relevant information for a summer rental and can materially affect a guest’s comfort. We also experienced persistent issues with the fire alarm system. During our first day, the alarm in our unit went off frequently and sporadically, approximately every 30 minutes. Although we notified the host, the issue was not fully resolved until the following day.Once that issue was addressed, the alarms began chirping approximately every 90 seconds. This occurred on a rainy day when we were confined indoors, making the constant noise particularly disruptive. We contacted the host again, but there was a considerable delay before we received a response and the issue was resolved. While we enjoyed the location, the combination of excessive indoor heat and repeated fire alarm issues substantially detracted from our stay. Families with young children should take these factors into consideration before booking.

Amazing View!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect. The view is spectacular and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication from the property manager was more than expected (in a refreshing way). All of us would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location. Felt like the listing should have stayed NO air-conditioning and it was on the third floor. Other than that, great. We were lucky with the weather and the fact all of us could do stairs fine.

Great Ocean View

The condo worked out perfectly for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. The ocean view is unobstructed and the beach is right in front. The condo was fully equipped with anything we needed. Only issue was we couldn’t stay longer! Thank you.

The layout of the place is perfect. Having two bathrooms is fantastic! Living room was so bright and with the doors and windows open it felt like you were right on the beach! The place was clean. The 3 flights of stairs were a bit much to carry everything up but totally worth it for the view. The biggest con was the coin operated washing machine and dryer not working. The money you pay to stay should more than enough cover a free washer and dryer.

Great location, subpar property

Great location and loved being right on the ocean. However, cleanliness of the unit was not up to par. There was a used paper plate under the couch, sweat stained hat left in the couch, and beer caps left from previous renters. The coffee machine was caked in crumbs. One of the kitchen island chairs was broken from previous renter. There were not enough linens provided. It states tp and paper towels are somewhat provided but we were left with only half a roll of paper towels with no other replacements and no dish towels. Also the living area and patio is not as pictured. While the location is something that you cannot beat, having stayed in and around OOB for the last 16 years and experiencing other properties, I would take a little bit of a walk to the beach with a well cared for property over renting here again.

Sept 3rd to Sept 10

We stayed for a week, location was close to everything we needed, Condo was exactly as described, right on beach, awesome views. Hosts were easy to work with. Only recommendation would be to maybe have some beach chairs/boogie boards available for guests to use as coming from out of town it is not practical to buy to use for a week. Overall had a great experience! Thank you!

Incredible View

Maine was hot and there is no airconditioning. There are good fans and often great breezes. The basement laundry is coin operated and requires many quarters. The 3rd floor walk up gets you good exercise.

Maine Get-away

First time visiting Maine - Condo was right on the beach which was ideal! Nice rooms but on the very hot/humid nights where there was no ocean breeze it was very uncomfortable to sleep due to no air conditioning. They do have oscillating fans but they provided little relief. Within walking distance to many shops/restaurants.

Fabulous Location!

We could not have picked a better place! The condo is right on the beach with fabulous views from the deck. Very clean and stocked if you want to cook in. There is a local grocery store not that far away that we walked to. Towels were provided and linens and the beds were very comfortable. Yes, it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but we did not mind. We left our beach items in our car so we did not have to carry them up and down. We walked the beach every day which was cleaned every morning. Items we brought were our beach chairs, some paper towels and toilet paper but the condo had trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, coffee filters, basics. Would definitely revisit this property.
