Family owned villa close to Disney with private pool/spa and themed bedrooms

Luxurious family owned villa with 5 beds/5 baths located only 3 miles to Disney. We do our best to provide the perfect place after a day in Disney or Universal parks. Relax in our private spa (free pool heat upon request!) Your kids will love the STAR WARS/Mickey playground themed bedrooms. You can enjoy a movie on the HD projector in the game room. Make use of our Fiber-speed Wi-Fi. Cable TV. Still some energy? Try the dueling water slides and kids' dancing waters at the communal pool.

- The space -
This 2500 sqft house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is room for 6 adults : two master bedrooms with king beds + walk-in closet / one queen room with separate bathroom.
On the first floor, up to 5 children can take place : two in a Star Wars themed bedroom with two twin beds / up to three in a Mickey Playground themed bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. Your kids will love it!
Every room has its flat screen TV. There is a Bluray player in the game room and in the living room.
There is free Fiber Speed Internet WiFi. (Up to 500mbps)
We have cable TV channels.
The private screened in pool and spillover spa are South facing. Pool and Spa heat is complimentary upon request!
Work area with office chair (Ethernet cord supplied if needed to connect directly to router). Power strip with dual USB ports under the desk.
The house is fully climate controlled. Setting your desired temperature is easy with Nest thermostats. (Except the game room that has its own A/C unit with a remote control)
You can also enjoy the movie theater room with its 92" screen and its HD projector and Blu Ray player connected to a blasting surround sound system. (Please bring your own DVD/Bluray's)
The theater room is also a game room with a 60-in-one arcade game and a Foosball table.
For younger ones, you will also find a highchair, two "pack and play" crib (we recommend you to bring sheets for them, none provided) and two strollers (they are old and used but still useful).
We provide : sheets for the 5 bedrooms, bath towels for the 5 bathrooms and pool towels.
We also provide a small starter pack with dishwasher tablet, one trash bag for every trash can, one toilet paper roll for every toilet. It's just enough to get you started for one or two days. *** Please note that you will have to buy your own for the rest of your stay. ***

*** Description/Pictures may not be 100% accurate in case we need to do some need replacement/upgrade or remove broken items. We try to replace everything that's needed as soon as possible but sometimes we cannot avoid a delivery while you are present. ***
*** Please note there is a Nest Doorbell on the front door with an operating camera and sound ***

- Guest access -
You will be located in the Windsor Hills gated (security guards are present 24/7) community with lot of possibilities like: tennis court/basketball court/volley court, fitness room, community pool with a kids splash zone and duelling slides (Aqua park is 0.5mile forme the house and may be closed for maintenance during low season), multiple playgrounds, a small sundry shop, etc.

- Other things to note -
- The price you see includes ALL taxes : Florida sales and use tax 7.5% + Osceola County tax 6%
- The price includes all energy costs.
- Complimentary Pool/spa heat upon request. Don't forget to tell me if you want pool heat. Pool/spa is not guaranteed to sustain any constant temperature due to weather and other natural causes. Host is not responsible for any loss of use that may result from very cold weather, maintenance or any other circumstance that might deem the pool temporarily unusable
- BBQ rental is possible : link to recommended rental company will be provided upon request
- Access to the communal pool and water features is included in the price.
- Some activities require a small fee and/or deposit like basketball, tennis court, etc.
- The security deposit will be held in case there is damage to our house after you leave.
- Early checkin (9:00AM) or Late checkout (5:00PM) may be available upon advanced request for a $99 fee each.
- Additional cleaning available, tell me the date and I will send you a payment request.
- AC units are locked and cannot be run lower than 72°F to prevent damage to the compressor.
- Mechanical Failures. Owner attempts to properly maintain the Property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property is in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner, or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items
- Parking: Parking is limited to two spaces in front of the house. If you have smaller cars, you might fit a third one. No street parking is allowed. Blocking sidewalks is not allowed. There is overflow parking available in the community
