We’d also like to provide some additional context regarding the concerns mentioned. The property had just completed a major exterior renovation only days before your arrival. While the renovation itself was finished, some cleanup items remained and should have been addressed before check-in. Since your stay, the property has been fully cleaned up and all remaining construction materials and debris have been removed. Regarding the toilet, this was ultimately traced to a simple water supply valve that had been turned off and was quickly corrected. We also appreciate you recognizing our efforts to promptly address the cleaning concerns that were brought to our attention during your stay. We continuously invest in improving and maintaining the property, and guest feedback plays an important role in that process.
