About this property

Great Home to Relax, unwind and Rejuvenate. Get connected to nature!

Our vacation home is nestled in a private quiet (no loud parties please) H.O.A. community called "Cliff Dwellers". It is composed of south western style homes surrounded seasonably by snow capped mountains in the background. It is secluded yet close to shopping. We are located right across the street from the newest award winning P.G.A golf course, "Copper Rock".
In order to maintain the high standards of our neighborhood there are certain restrictions. No trailers are allowed to be on our property. They have to be stored off site. Available storage is close by.
We have the best of two world's. We are located half way between St. George (less than 20 miles) and Zion National Park (a little more than 20 miles). Acienda is located near the quaint town of Hurricane.

Really lovely home, convenient to many sites we wanted to see (Zion, Snow Canyon, Coral Rocks), close to groceries and shops while being quiet and peaceful. Great location. Only about 30 minutes from every hike and mountain biking areas we wanted to explore. Wonderful views. great kitchen for cooking. Host lives next door and was nice enough to personal come by to see if we needed anything.

I am at awe. The home was clean and very relaxing in a beautiful private community. what an amazing place to stay. Ms Kathryn, the owner of the home is a sweet woman. She lives next door. Wish i can spend time with amazing people like her. I am sure shes got a ton of stories. I was admiring her decor and her house. I would definitely stay here again. This place is a real gem, such a great place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. The house is so comfortable with southwestern architecture, interior design, landscaping. Home Away from Home

We checked off Utah from our bucket list and took our family on a once in a lifetime vacation. Our stay was so comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. Super cozy, with AMAZING views and a quiet neighborhood. Excellent driving distance to numerous places to visit.

John and I chose to move to Utah because of the beautiful red rocks and the mountains. We moved from California. We both enjoy the outdoors and Zion National Park. We live next door to our vacation home so we are readily available to answer any questions you may have. We respect your privacy and will not interfere.

What makes this property unique

The benefits are that you are only a 35 minute drive to Zion for hiking etc. You are in an ideal spot for biking with Gooseberry Mesa only a short distance away. There is also an outdoor live theater in a box canyon called Tuacahn. Many retail stores, restaurants etc near by in St. George.
