IMPORTANT:
1. Early check-ins and late checkouts are available for but 50% of one night's cost upon request.

2. We welcome guests to do laundry during their stay, but please note the laundry room is shared with the owners of the home.

3. Please keep in mind that this is a basement apartment. We work hard to provide guests with a peaceful space during their stay but note that you may hear us walking around upstairs from time to time. We have provided earplugs in the top right drawer of the bedroom dresser and a sound machine for this reason.

4. There is no cable TV in the unit. We provide streaming devices but ask that guests sign into their own accounts for services.

Great stay and accurate description

My daughter, my mom and I went stayed here for a softball tournament. Great location for the fields that we played at. The description of the property is very accurate. Lessley was very responsive if anything was needed. Plenty of street parking as well.

Great spot in nice neighborhood

My wife and I enjoyed our three day stay in the Whimsical Basement Wonderland during a spell of very hot (90) weather. The apartment was cool and comfortable, spacious and well furnished. We had no trouble sleeping - it was nice and quiet; we hardly ever heard anyone above on the ground level. Good shower, great water pressure. We'd definitely like to stay again next time we visit Denver!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the laundry room was excellent. The neighborhood was pleasant and great for going for walks. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and cozy space

Lessley was an incredibly responsive host, and the space felt wonderfully cozy. I especially appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and green spaces. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and the hot water for the shower was a real plus.As noted in the listing and by some previous guests, there was some noticeable noise from the upstairs apartment and laundry area. As a solo traveler, I personally find it challenging to sleep with earplugs, even though they were kindly provided. While this was a minor adjustment for me, it's something I'd plan for next time. I would stay here again, and I'd likely bring a white noise machine to help with the sound.

SO nice!

This is such a cute, comfortable and safe place to stay. We slept so well on an awesome mattress. The place is exceptionally clean. Decorated so cute! Delightful host and she responding quickly to any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay

I was very impressed with my stay at the Whimsical Basement Wonderland. The cleanliness was top notch. You have all necessities for cozy home away from home stay. The host communicated in a timely manner and even made recommendations in the local area. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again in the future.
