About this property

Fun House! Pickleball, Disc Golf, Hot Tub & Pool!

The first thing you notice as you drive in is the space. Lots and lots of space! Then you see the full-size Pickleball court and then the disc golf baskets. The club house for kids, pool, hot tub and fire pit for family enjoyment! What doesn't this property have? Not everything, but it has fun, space and peacefullness. You and your family will not be disappointed with your stay here!

There are 4 bedrooms plus a sofa bed to accommodate up to 11 guests. The house was built as the home for a massive citrus Orchard and so we styled after the original farm theme.

You are welcome to the entire property except for the garage as it has not been prepared for guest use at this time. The best access will be from the residential street.

Other things to note:
This is not a property for loud parties. Please keep the neighbors in mind when planning events here.

The bouncy water slide is $44/day for the duration of your stay.

Maximum of 2 pets allowed but the yards are not fully enclosed.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used linens in a pile on the floor
Put trash bins to the curb
Put all toys and accessories back to their place. Remove all items from bottom of pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Before using the pool please be sure to wash off with the hose. Especially if coming back from the beach. Sand is hard to clean off the bottom of pool
Do not park any vehicles on the grass. The bouncy water slide is an extra charge of $49 per day for the duration of your stay. Please let us know.
No late night or loud parties are allowed. Quiet hours start at 10pm. At the end of your stay please do not put the linens or towels in the laundry.

Best vacation

Our stay was wondering. The property was listed and described perfectly. The host was exceptional with responding with answers to our questions. The kids loved the club house and the pickle ball court. We would recommend this listing to anyone and look forward to renting again.

Aptly Named

This property is aptly named the Fun House. So many things to do for all ages. Close to Clearwater Beach and all that it has to offer, yet far enough away to be quiet and restful. We had children from 2 through 9 years of age, and they had a blast; especially in the club house. All in all, a great place to stay.

AMAZING Family Vacation Home

Property was exactly as pictured and described! Beautiful! Perfect for the entire family, kids included! We had a minor hiccup with the AC, but Bryce and Rosa had someone out to fix it within a few hours. The hot tub was also replaced during our stay, so the next guests will be very pleased! Bruce and Rosa were very responsive with any questions I had. I will most certainly be renting this home again! :)
