Located near great restaurants, shops, and only a moment from the soft sand of St Pete Beach, this outstanding condo in Gulf Winds will pamper you with lots of space and style.



This unique layout adds on a spacious 28' x 14' enclosed private shaded patio for outdoor dining or relaxing. It's like another living room! Outdoor dining table for six or relax in one of the two recliners.



This recently updated unit is beautifully setup for your family vacation with new tile floors throughout the unit, new furniture, all updated and new kitchen and bath. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the updated bathroom with tub/shower is located in between. The living room is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating. The Island style kitchen area, with new appliances and granite counter tops, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD in the living room, and a flat screen TV in the master bedroom.



All linens, bath and beach towels are included. Washer and dryer facilities on the property. Free high speed WiFi Internet service.

Location, location, location!! Best area with easy access to beach, restaurants, bars, and stores. We enjoyed the pool as well. The property was a bit dated and beds could be replaced but overall it made up for it with the location being so amazing.

A perfect place to relax at St. Pete's Beach

We absolutely loved our stay!!! It was so close to the beach, and restaurants while being in an area that was not overcrowded. The unit was perfect, such a nice kitchen area, great sleep accommodations, just like pictures. Patio area is a great plus, might be nice to have an inside lock for more security but a wonderful area for our family to eat and hangout together. Unit is very well maintained, owners/management were so easy to communicate with and gave easy check in details and made sure we could contact them for any issues. Absolutely would recommend to any family to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo and amenities matched the price paid perfectly. The location is truly excellent, being just steps away from the beach.A huge bonus for us was the spacious, fenced-in patio. Traveling with a 6-year-old, this gave us peace of mind and provided much-needed extra outside time for the family.As a quick heads-up for future guests: the sliding glass doors in the second bedroom had a small gap in the drapery. I easily fixed this by using a couple of hair clips to darken the room, so it wasn't a problem for us at all.Overall, my family of four completely agrees that we would absolutely stay here again!

Self check-in, very responsive host, nice location right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. The condo is very spacious with an outdoor gated patio and has everything you would need for your beach vacation.

Wonderful place in an exceptional location. Walking distance to the beach and so many local restaurants. Really enjoyed the pool and steps to the Gulf. We did not stay at the property shown as the air conditioning went out. The company booked us at another location. The property we were booked was great, we just planned on being across from the beach and having a washer and dryer. The stay was great, but we ended up not going to the beach more than once due to the walk and not being able to let our teenagers go without us because of distance.

St Pete stay

Perfect for couple, a little tight for 3 adults and child. Older rental .7Agency was excellent to work with, answering questions quickly and making repairs swiftly. Bonus was enclosed patio. Perfect for beach drop offs.
