The first floor is owner occupied but we provide privacy to our guests so they can fully enjoy the amenities offered in the property only shared by other guests.
Is well located in a secure neighborhood, as near as 2min drive from the closest beach and far enough to be surrounded by nature and our guests won't need a 4x4 to access to the property.
Guest access
Our guests have access to all shown in pictures.
There is available one covered parking space (one more not covered if need it).
Besides the indoor areas they have a private balcony.
And access to shared areas: pool, playground, deck, grill and a bigger balcony.
Plus they can use the outdoor shower before getting into the pool.
