Downtown Livermore

After living in downtown Livermore for over 17 years we wanted to be close to our old neighborhood when returning for a visit. This downtown property was perfect. Nicely remodeled historic unit easy walking distance to downtown and great access to the wineries. We enjoyed our stay.

Bay Area Resident, love the bay area for its diverse landscapes, endless adventures from skiing, mountain hikes, and beach access. Wine Country is so breath-taking even if you aren't a wine drinker the venues are just as entertaining and enjoyable for everyone.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is wonderful. You are walking distance to downtown shops, many restaurants, places to work remotely and socialize. You are walking distance to 8 parks including a water park. Just a few minutes drive to near by wineries and 2 hours from Yosemite.

What makes this property unique

This isn't a guest house or room within someone's home. This is your own private space on the end cap of a charming boutique apartment building. Your own small kitchen with coffee and filter water. The bed is extra comfy with a pull out trundle making is a great stay for a couple or a small group of friends. Close proximity to all the bay area has to offer.
