Welcome to Terra Meade! A great property for all ages & all occasions! Works well for 5 couples, large family gatherings, bachelorette parties & milestone celebrations. Perfect layout for working remotely! High speed internet, with two cottages that double as quiet work spaces.

We offer 5 King Suites each with a private in-suite bathroom (recently remodeled!). Plus one set of bunk beds, two twin daybeds (and two cribs upon request) making it great for families/friends. Sonoma County mandates a 12 person maximum - but we are happy to make exceptions for your little ones (under 3).

Enjoy a long weekend escape or an extended stay - with 6 private acres and great indoor and outdoor spaces for adults and kids of all ages!

Our two cottage units can also double as private offices for working remotely! With high-speed Comcast WiFi, Zoom meetings will work smoothly and cell service is excellent.

We invite you to enjoy our family farmhouse in the heart of Sonoma Valley's Carneros Wine Region - less than 10 minutes from the Sonoma Plaza. Located on six private acres, we offer a fully-stocked main house and adjacent two bedroom guest cottage; plus our Barn with a recreation room and 20' x 40' swimming pool.

Our property also includes three vineyards, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with built-in gas and charcoal grills, hammocks, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, children's play structure, seasonal creek, hot tub and more.

Main House: Central air-conditioning with 3 bedrooms (Bed #1 - King; Bed #2 - King; Bed #3 - King & a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

Guest Cottage: Two separate air conditioned bedroom suites. Each includes a small kitchenette, as well as a King bed and private full bathroom. Both of the cottage units also offer a twin day bed. Both of these units can also double as private offices for working remotely.

Pool & Barn: Enjoy our 20'x40' saltwater swimming pool with a solar heating system from May - October. The pool area is gated and also includes an automatic safety cover. The adjacent Barn includes a small kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor shower; as well as a large rec room with a pool table and foosball table.

Our vineyards feature old-vine Zinfandel grapes at the entrance, Chardonnay grapes on the hillside vineyard our around the swimming pool and our newest Pinot vineyard across the creek from the kid's play structure.

Come escape to the wine country and enjoy all the conveniences of your home!

Lastly, please note: Our Sonoma County vacation rental permit allows for a maximum occupancy of 12 guests, including day visitors. With quiet hours outdoors beginning at 10pm. Thank you for understanding our permit guidelines. We hope you will decide to stay with us!

Sonoma County prohibits any events, parties or receptions of any kind on our property. Our home is permitted for a 12 person max. incl. day visitors.
Sonoma County "Outdoor Music Ordinance" prohibits any amplified music 24 hrs a day/7 days a wk. This also prohibits portable speakers of any kind.
Due to recent wild fires, all outdoor fires/firepits are prohibited. We have two indoor fireplaces for use during the winter & spring seasons only.

We were in Napa for a friends wedding and the farmhouse was a great place to stay. It was super easy to communicate with Terri through text, very responsive. The pool area is amazing, we spent our whole final day lounging by the pool. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Sonoma Family Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Plenty of room for 10 people. The owner was great at communicating. We didn’t need anything, or have any problems, but she still checked in with us. The pool, bocce, corn hole, swing set and horseshoes kept everyone entertained. Would go back in a heartbeat!

The property was amazing. Everything you need is in the kitchen plus more. We enjoyed dinner on the patio, swimming in the pool and playing bocce ball. There are so many amenities we couldn’t use all of them and see the wine country too. I would recommend getting up in the morning at least by 6:15 so you can see the hot air balloons coming over the property. The house is in a great location to everything you need. I would highly recommend it and would come again.

Great property for large family & friends gathering. We enjoyed the great pool area surrounded by grape vines; outdoor grill area; horse shoe pit; playing games at the large dinning room table; and watching our favorite sports teams on the large TV in the great family room area.

A Must Stay When Visiting Wine Country

We had a group of nine, visiting Sonoma and Napa for the week. The property is exactly as described, the hosts were wonderful and very responsive. The location was perfect for the wineries we scheduled. There are also deli's close by to grab a sandwich between wineries. When we visit again, we will for sure stay here. The pool and hot tub were a nice end to each day.

Wonderful stay

My family stayed at Terri’s beautiful home for a family wedding. The amount of activities and accommodations at the property make it hard to leave! There is really no need to. We had ample living, cooking, and sleeping space for our group and especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool set in a vineyard setting along with the barn. Terri was very communicative and we would love to stay again soon and bring the kiddos this time!

Sonoma gem for 70th birthday celebration

Great house with great location in Sonoma! Had 10 adults and 2children at this 5 bedroom 5 bath home celebrating my wife’s 70 th birthday. Everyone was very happy with the property. Foosball, pool table, and bocce ball court were enjoyed by all. Had a private chef cook for us and Natasha Raymond was terrific. 10 minutes from Sonoma square and very close to Donum and Imagery vineyards which were our two favorites. Recommend this home to anyone looking for a good time in wine country! Great communication from Terri!

Beautiful Property

We had a fantastic weekend in spite of unprecedented rainy weather. The property is so beautiful with so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. We will hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again so that we can spend time outdoors. The only thing we would suggest for improvement would be a tv in the barn. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and having 2 fireplaces was a bonus. We were a party of 5 couples and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and to be together. Teri is an amazing host and checked on us a few times during the weekend and offered suggestions for dining, etc. We will definitely stay here again!

Relaxing family get away

My family and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. The property is gorgeous and peaceful and inside there is lots of room to lounge, prepare meals, and the king beds and en suite with each room was an amazing feature. The location was great, close to center of Sonoma for shopping and restaurants as well wineries and attractions.

50th Birthday Stay

We stayed with 10 people varying to spend time together and enjoy wine country. Terri was an amazing host! The place was exactly as described with lots of space to spread out and lots of activities to keep us busy! We had a chef come prepare us dinner one night which was a special treat! It was nice to have two dishwashers for the 10 of us. I would grab this property if it is available for your stay! The new bathrooms are gorgeous!

We had a great time at the house. We had a group of 3 couples so we were able to have king sized beds. We loved the kitchen, the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was great for grilling after a long day of wine tasting!
