A $100 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
Must follow all house rules including but not limited to no pets during peak season, no parties, and no smoking.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time. We rent vrbo often and this was by far one of the cleanest resorts we ever stayed and the first time using pools.The host was extremely prompt and immediately accommodated issue caused by my error. We wouldnt stay any where else while visiting mrytle beach. BEST host ever
