This is the most beautiful beach house we have ever stayed in. The house is very clean, new feeling, well appointed with everything you need, and has the most gorgeous views. Peace Vacations was wonderful to deal with and they made everything easy. We hope to come back!

Family Vacation

House resides on an uncrowded part of the beach, has a good sized pool with hang out space. Lots of various indoor and outdoor spaces. Main living spaces is good sized pool and kitchen was well equipped. House was very clean and host was very helpful. Look forward to returning

Serenity

Fantastic luxury house and location- best site on Pawley's IMHO with access to both ocean and sheltered inlet/sandbars right off the private boardwalk to the beach. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have visited and all furnishings in top shape. Property management company a pleasure to work with. Easy to contact, very responsive and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend.

Seaside Serenity was the perfect house in the perfect location for a memorable golf weekend on Pawleys Island. Our group of buddies could not have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful home

We had an amazing vacation in Seaside Serenity with our family for the week. The kitchen is a wonderful “working kitchen” with an unbelievable view. All the bedrooms and baths were good size with nice bedding. We made some great memories during our first stay on Pawleys Island!

Beautiful, spacious, lovely home with plenty of room for our group of 13 people. We really enjoyed the porch, the pool, and having enough bathrooms for our group too. We'd definitely like to come back in a year or two! Nice that there's both sun and shade available by the pool too! We loved it there!

The PERFECT week!!!

We just completed a week's stay at Seaside Serenity and could not have been happier with our experience. The house was so well appointed, the the living spaces wonderful, and location could not be beat. Peace Vacations were so receptive to any and all questions we had during our stay. We have already booked for next year and cannot wait to return!! The only issue that we had that was a little concerning was the privacy gate into the neighborhood malfunctioned as we were trying to leave and catch flights but in speaking with Peace, they are going to see if they can find an "emergency" exit in the event that one is needed. FIVE STARS for this property and this rental company!!!!

Water pressure still inconsistent & lousy most mornings. Property and furnishing work well for our group. Had sent email to Peace requesting hot tub status ($ charge, etc.) and didn't hear back so we just had to skip it this year. Also, would be nice touch to have a little upgrade of shampoo and soap provided in baths for the price. My two cents. Andy

Everything about our stay at Seaside serenity was excellent except for the pool service. I called Peace vacations several days before we arrived and requested that the hot tub be heated for 500 extra dollars. When we arrived, the hot tub was not hot, the pool lights were not on and the pool was dirty. The next day I called and asked for the hot tub heater to be turned on and they turned it on remotely. On Monday morning I called to ask about the pool lights and they turned the pool lights on remotely. Unfortunately, they could not clean the pool remotely. I had received an email saying that the pool would be cleaned on Thursday. The pool was not cleaned on Thursday so I called Thursday evening and they informed me that the pool guy was very busy and backed up, but that he would make our house priority on Friday. He still was not there by Friday at lunchtime so I called again and he finally showed up sometime Friday afternoon. However, after he left, the hot tub heater was no longer on andthe pool lights were off again.It took a few more phone calls to get that resolved for our last night. I would give the pool service, an F but everything else an A+.
