Great Anniversary Getaway

Rachel was an amazing host, the best we have ever had. She knew it was our anniversary and left us a bottle of wine and some sweet decorations. And there are snacks and great coffee. The house was perfect for us two. You have everything you need. The hot tub was amazing as well. We are planning to return again this year in the fall. There is plenty of dining options in Fletcher and Hendersonville. This is the place to stay! Thanks Rachel for making our weekend even better!

Our private estate features three fully-furnished rentals perfect for short or extended mountain getaways. Each unit includes free laundry facilities, access to a shared outdoor hot tub, and ample parking. We also have two fire pits available for guests to enjoy.

Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Asheville International Airport in Fletcher, NC, our property allows easy access to explore Asheville's trails, breweries, and attractions. Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, you'll feel right at home.

What makes this property unique

The estate of "Fawnhurst Rentals" takes its name from the private gravel drive on site called "Fawnhurst Lane," though the origin of the name is more poetic than historical. "Fawnhurst" combines the Middle English words "fawn," meaning a baby deer, and "hurst," meaning a hill or hilly area. While the rolling hills of the estate may have once been home to deer, sightings are now rare. Instead, guests can enjoy spotting the many squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits.
