The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. "Fawnhurst Rentals" takes its name from the private gravel drive on site called "Fawnhurst Lane," The origin of the name comes from combines two Middle English words "fawn," meaning a baby deer, and "hurst," meaning a hill or hilly area.

While the gentle hills of the estate may have once been home to deer, sightings are now rare. Instead, guests can expect to see many squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits.
