Our private estate features two fully-furnished rentals perfect for short or extended mountain getaways. Each unit includes free laundry facilities, access to a shared outdoor hot tub, and ample parking. We also have two fire pits available for guests to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

"Fawnhurst Rentals" takes its name from the private gravel drive on site called "Fawnhurst Lane," The origin of the name comes from combines two Middle English words "fawn," meaning a baby deer, and "hurst," meaning a hill or hilly area.

While the gentle hills of the estate may have once been home to deer, sightings are now rare. Instead, guests can expect to see many squirrels, chipmunks, and rabbits.
