We really enjoyed the big back porch. The table and chairs provided a nice place to sit and visit, play games, and eat meals. Beautiful view.

The house was great! Perfect for what we needed for a short weekend getaway. Rooms were clean a the kitchen was well stocked with cookware.

The bedding was beautiful. We enjoyed the pond with the fishing dock and the kayaks Having a Blackstone grill was a plus. The game room was a big hit with everyone

Can’t wait to go back!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person. We didn’t leave the property for 3 days. The porch was always in the shade so we were able to sit out there a lot even when the temp was 100 degrees. The hot tub was completely private (which you don’t always find), and the game room was so fun! Also, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on! Hoping to go back in the fall when the leaves change colors. 10/10!

Perfect family reunion location on Little Red

We were so happy to find this chalet just one door down from our brother's place in Heber Springs. The house looked nicer than the pictures which is unusual. Beautiful home with plenty of room for the 5 adults (we didn't even use the loft area). Everyone commented on the comfortable mattresses and nice shower. Well stocked kitchen for easy meals. Great Blackstone grill that was clean and ready to go. We had a bit of a snafu in the beginning, but the hosts are so quick to respond and all was settled. The weather was absolutely horrible all 4 days, but we were happy to have so many things to do indoors with our extended family. The game room was a hit for the 3 kids who walked down from their cabin and the big TV worked to enjoy the Final Four NCAAM games. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for somewhere to trout fish for our oldest sons 18th birthday. Man did we find a beautiful property!It had kayaks for bass fishing on the pond , which our 2 teenage boys and a friend did alot. We caught several nice 3 1/2 to 5 lb bass.Then in a short walk to the river we caught several trout. It took us to the last day because of the water being up but we did.Between the bass and trout fishing it kept the boys occupied so me and my wife could enjoy some relaxation in the hot tub.Town is just close enough to get supplies and enjoy a meal.We ate at angies hideaway , the smokehouse and macks fish house which were all good.We saw several baby deer while driving in and out of the community. I enjoyed the wifi and ample tv options to watch some college baseball too We couldnt have picked a nicer chalet or area , as this was our first time to visit heber springs.We are definitely thankful for the experience!!
