As of Today Sept 25 our BEACH IS CLEAN NO SEAWEED.. This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone in Kilometer 11.5, with 24 hour security it is very spacious with 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 of living space, 3 bedrooms each with a full bath, living, dining, family room, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI internet (bring your laptop), TV with NETFLIX, a balcony and patio with a charcoal BBQ facing the beach, walk out of your front door take a few steps and will be at the beach, parking for one car (however a car is not needed) a swimming pool within 5 steps away from our glorious blue turquoise beach.
IF you are coming to have dental work at Cancun Dental Specialists CDS we are across the street, very convenient.
We have loungers, tables, beach umbrellas and restaurant service by the beach.

We are a family place, no spring or summer breakers.

We have a mini-market,across the street where you can buy snacks, milk and other essentials, a bank, pharmacy, restaurants, the supermarket is only 1.5 miles from the apartments, the bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car however if you choose to do so we have parking available, for an additional fee we offer transportation from the airport.

Great ocean view and excellent location

On top of our list, walking the beach and playing in the ocean was the best.We found some great restaurants in walking distance of our apartment.Anna was a great host who quickly takes care of any needs that may come up.Even though it’s not far from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, it is very quiet and peaceful at this apartment.

Best place to stay with families

The property is located in the center of Cancún's hotel zone. It is huge, clean and has all facilities. Located steps from the beach. Every night, huge sea turtles come to lay eggs just down the unit at the beach. Best of all are the great people you will treat with, thanks Maria, Anabel, Roman, Esteban and Francisco for making us feel at home.

This apartment is right on the beach. Close to shopping and other attractions. Manager was very helpful with transportation. Truly a fantastic trip and great location for family. We went to Costco on the way in and stocked up on groceries. Found a nice taco shop right in front of property. Truly an epic trip.

Ana and crew is so responsive and helpful! Her suggestion for transportation was Carlos and Hazel. They were reliable and on time to and from the airport. On site, Estabon was so friendly and helpful. He was always there with a smile. The house was spacious and comfortable. It was a little difficult to navigate the grocery stores not speaking Spanish, but easy to get to with the busses.

Turtles and great support!

This was such a fun place. The hosts were fantastic. They helped us arrange transportation and made sure that everything was ready for us, including 5 gallons o water! The condo was very well furnished and the kitchen was terrific. We had wonderful beach access including a young man who put up chairs and umbrellas for us. The pool is lovely with a swim-up (self-supported) bar. So fun. And sea turtles EVERY night. Just magical! I would absolutely stay there again!!

I loved staying here the first time and loved it even more the second time! This place is great and has new things since the last time I was here. The place is simple but homey. If you don’t care about the looks, then this is the place for you! I love waking up and first thing I get to look at is the ocean! The only down side is the shower situation, low pressure and there is not always hot water. This is why I give it a 4 and a half stars. Location is great! And I will continue to stay here, when I’m in Cancun. Thank you Anabel for everything!

We enjoyed our stay in Cancun. This Apartment is in a great location, beachfront with a pool outside the door. And with a few minutes walk to local shops and bus stop. It has all the basics needed in a house; A big three-bedroom with a beautiful balcony facing the Caribbean Ocean. Renovation is due; however, we didn’t care about the furniture and miscellanies. The downside was the noise of the demolition of the third floor above this apartment, it took several calls for workers to stop. This was of course out of the owner’s control. Overall. we love the location and the beachfront feature.

Beautiful clean wonderful property!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! Clean! Ac was ice cold the entire time! Everything we had questions or needed help with the gentlemen on sight was absolutely amazing and was eager to help! The beach was beautiful and the condo was within steps away from the beach and the pool!! I and my family would recommend this condo through Annabel to anyone that wants a great absolutely wonderful vacation! Never did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable at anytime our entire stay!!! We loved it so so much we will be booking again next year for our vacation with Anabelle!!! She was wonderful and came by to introduce herself personally and that was even more comforting to us! Just a superb place with a beautiful beach and beautiful set up inside and out!!! Thank you Anabelle and we hope to see you next year!!

On the beach in Cancun

We spent the holidays in Cancun and stayed at Ana's place. The condo had plenty of room with three bedrooms which each had it's own on suite bathroom. Great for my family of five and my sister to stay. Ana's condo is directly on the beach and walking distance to the big shopping mall and bus accessible to anywhere you want to go on the hotel zone. Ana was very attentive to all our needs and always responded right away. The condo sits right next to an authentic Mexican restaurant Tacun. I ate there just about every day for lunch and they will deliver to the beach. At the condo Steve will take out umbrella's and chairs each morning and will help you with anything you need. Please make sure you tip him. The views from the condo and balcony are fantastic. We enjoyed our time in Cancun and will return.

A week in June 2024

We really enjoyed the property, Beautiful view of the ocean you see Isla de Mujeres at a distance. Unit was big enough for a family of nine. The house was amazing on site maintenance people were great. The pool area, nice and clean. We enjoyed the kitchen, which had a lot of things we need, Washer and dryer, Access to Netflix. Plenty of towels and three restrooms is a must with a big family, The little restaurant located in front of the unit was great. There is a store located right in front. There was a bit of Seaweed when we arrived, but it cleared up two days after. Crews Did clean the beach, And we enjoy the ocean quite a bit. I will warn you though the Waves are strong. The unit is close to the ferry which we took to Isla. The only downfall The unit had was the restrooms did not have good ventilation, and they had a lot of moisture after every shower, which stayed there for a long time. Of course, the Wear and tear because of Saltwater was present. However, it was maintained very well. We will have no problem renting this unit again since we loved it so much. thank you so much

BEST WEEK EVER!

Our group consisted four adults and four small children. The kids loved being right on the beach and the views were incredible. We've been to some tropical places before but the color of the water here is rarely matched. We loved where this condo was on the beach. There were hotels farther to the left and right but not right where we were so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. AMAZING! The condo is spacious! Every bedroom had their own bathroom which worked very well for our group. There is 24/7 security and the personnel were so friendly and helpful. They brought lounge chairs and umbrellas down to the beach for us and we were happy to tip for that luxury service! We felt very safe the whole time that we were there. Our grandkids even got to see a little baby sea turtle emerge from the sand and make a run for the ocean. Anabel was the best hostess! She was so helpful with all of our questions and made some great suggestions and recommendations. I felt like I knew her by the time we actually arrived. What a nice person. I cannot say enough about our stay and how happy we were with the condo. It had everything that we needed and we would return and stay here in a heartbeat!

Not luxury, but has lots of positives

We spent two weeks at Bridec Condos in Jan-Feb 2024. Our family group consisted of 8 people (ages 1 to 80). The condo was as described in terms of size, amenties, etc., but some things were in need of repair or replacement. Examples are: very low water pressure (affected clothes washer and flushing of the toilets), loose handle on two frying pans, very wobbly kitchen faucet, toaster didn't work (but was very quickly replaced when reported), windows hard to open or close, clothes washer barely worked), Also, there was unexpected construction going on two floor above us most days, though usually not until after 9 or 10 am. On the plus side: the condo was clean and very spacious; everything we expected was there; the manager (Anabel) and all her staff were excellent; contrary to one other recent review, the beds in our ground floor unit were quite comfortable; the beach is amazing; the location is excellent; our grandkids loved the (always clean) pool; and we all loved the beach. This place is awesome, the check in went smoothly with Rosie and Alberto. I never met Anabel, but when I had a couple of minor problems and texted her Alberto was there to fix them. Esteban was also extremely helpful, you couldn't ask for a couple of friendly and helpful guys. They deserved the tip we gave them when we left! Nice place right on the beach. This is a great place and very spacious. Ana‘s great. If you have anything come up just reach out to her and she’ll take care of it. We had a couple minor issues come up during your stay and I texted her and right away she would get it fixed.She is very easy to get a hold of if you need her.The guys at the property are very helpful and they’re always cleaning . Buyer beware

The maintenance people were nice and helpful and the owner was nice and helpful. She helped us arrange for transportation and was always available. The problem I had was the cost of the unit was not worth it. We paid a ton of money to stat and we were not provided with anything but a bar soap some toilet paper and some dish soap. I don't like to go on vacation and have to buy cleaning supplies. My son threw up and I asked for some cleaner and. a rag to clean it up and I was told to go buy it. I wore shoes in the shower because it looks gross in there. It was clean but the grout is stained, we had a work in our shower. The ac in the living room didn't work so we were hot in the house. You can see out side from inside around all the doors and windows. The place has lots of missing tiles everywhere the paint is rusted and peeling. The pool is in the alley of the buildings and everyday it was a wind tunnel so it made it too cold to get in the pool but if you step out to the beach it was great. The place overall was fine but way over priced. I would pay $50 a night to stay not over $250. The beach is very close and if you tip the guys they will bring umbrellas and chairs to the beach for you. We used the BBQ one night for dinner it's fun to sit out on the patio. There is a little market across the street where you can get water, beer, bread and chips but you have to take a 15-20 min buss ride to Walmart to get more groceries this place is a 15min bus ride from Coco Bongo. For us this was nice because we didn't want to be constantly in the loud crowd but you can take the bus down there and hang out. Over all it was a nice stay just a little janky and not worth the money I paid. I would rather have stayed in a hotel where they would have helped clean up the vomit and washed out towels for no extra cost to us, provide more toilet paper when needed. Ect. Also this are is very expensive for food. The little restaurant down stairs charged $75 for five of us to get a taco and a drink.

You can’t beat that location!

This was a lovely experience. We had seven in our group and there was more than enough room for all of us -it never felt crowded. The kitchen had great amenities, didn’t feel like anything was missing. Anabel was really accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The maintenance staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the showers was low, definitely take turns. But the location makes it more than worth it. You walk right out the door and into the ocean. The sunrise is directly in front, with a perfect view from your balcony. The sand and beach are clean and pretty empty. It was nice to be away from the crowds of the hotels. Most shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The unit came with a parking spot, if you rent a car. It was a great vacation, highly recommend!!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for us!! We are a family of 6 and 2 friend meet us there. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. Apartment complex is small but quiet and clean. Esteban is the man to go to!! Always helpful and with a smile. The guy at night didn’t get his name but he called my kids to show them the turtle lying her eggs. Which I thought was pretty cool! One minor thing was construction next door but for us was a wake up call and get our day started and we adventure off. The little restaurant Tacun! Delish and very friendly people. The ocean is a little rough but for my teenager and 10years son was perfect. We would deff go back
