Nicely furnished and beautifully 're sure you'll agree this villa is a true gem!! The villa provides all the conveniences of the home which include central air, a washer/dryer, internet access, 2 flat-screen TVs, a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper.

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is a 2nd-floor entrance that has a full-size, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig, living, and dining area combined. Located off the living room is a new deck with outdoor seating and a Weber grill. The bathroom has been remodeled with a walk-in shower, new vanity, and an LED vanity mirror.

This property is located across the street from the beach and is a 5-minute walk and has a private restroom facility on the beach for owners and renters.
