Sit on the brand-new deck and enjoy the view of the pool from our second floor unit. You can also grill on our brand Weber grill. Our unit has 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Brand new living furnitureSleeps 4. Washer/Dryer in Unit. 2 flat screen TV's. Cable. Free WiFi. Central AC. Full kitchen with Keurig, toaster, blender, and microwave. New stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker, and new stainless-steel dishwasher. Brand new totally remodeled bathroom with LED vanity mirror in bathroom. Brand new living room furniture. Freshly painted living room and bedroom. Hang your belongings on the new shiplap entrance with hooks. This unit is close to the front of the property where there is easy access to the beach path and the bike paths. No pets allowed. Linens provided. Property management company nearby to check-in and call. Outside shared pooled. Walkway to the beach is across the street. Beautifully updated unit, quaint and clean, upgraded kitchen and bath, spacious and comfortable with new furnishings. Very convenient to Coligny Beach, less then 5 minute walk with secluded entrance and cabana access. Central to shopping and restaurants. We would gladly stay here again and again.

The overall experience was perfect! We especially appreciated being further down when it was busy—it made for a more relaxing stay. The kitchen and condo had everything we needed, which made it feel like home.Our only small recommendation would be to provide a few more towels—there were four bath towels, and having two additional would have been helpful.We love HHI and We will definitely be back!

Great Little place to stay close to the beach

Has a beautiful back porch scene with lots of palm trees and a pool. Staff was helpful during check in. Overall nice place to stay in Hilton Head

Great Location

This property is only a short walk to the beach (no more than 4-5 minutes and has all the amenities you need for the beach too! September a great time to visit HHI!

GREAT PLACE

This cozy little condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and to Coligney. Had to contact the host with a question and she replied quickly with a response. Will definately stay here again!

Perfect Location

The location is awesome… just a short walk to the beach on a private path. Nice deck near one of 2 salt water pools and to be in a busy area is was peaceful. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will make reservations here again. Ty & Karen

Location is everything

The property itself is nice, pleasant view, but the location is the real selling point. Across the street from the beach a short walk to the shops at Coligny and a short drive to virtually everything else. We enjoyed staying in, we enjoyed going out, we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

After vacationing in Hilton Head for many years my family and I purchased the property in June of 2014. We purchased all new furnishings. It is our home away from home. Hilton Head is relaxing but also has many things to do for the young and old alike.

We purchased Seascape Villas because of its location. It is close to biking paths, the beach and because of the restroom facilities on the beach makes it convenient. It is also close to Sea pines, Harbourtown Lighthouse, Coligny Plaza, new Coligny Park and many restaurants.
