This was the best pet friendly stay we have stayed in so far. Highly recommend. Location was perfect for what we needed for a family trip. Williamstown, KY was a hidden gem of a town, and it was very nice to come back to the house to chill out or to play a game of darts. If you are looking for a quiet stay with a beautiful view look no further.

What an awesome place to stay. The house was exactly as described and spotless. A perfect place for our families to cook, relax and play. The extra game/recreation space was perfect for both the kids and adults to enjoy the evening. We would return if ever in the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the property. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a nice quiet area. The large kitchen was great, and we really enjoyed the game room area. There was also plenty of parking, which was a big plus for our group. Overall, the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful barndo! The host was amazing from start to finish, with excellent communication and thoughtful check-ins to make sure everything was perfect before and throughout our stay. The property itself is beautiful, in a great location, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from coffee and creamer to treats for the dogs! The game room was an incredible bonus and made our rainy day just as fun and memorable as the rest of our stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into making this place feel welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would 100% stay here again! Highly recommend!

This property was great for our family. Plenty of room and a thoughtful layout with a great kitchen and game room. The outside area with the patio and the fire ring was private and clean. Also I need to mention the laundry room with the modern equipment was a plus and the driveway Gate provides an extra layer of security

The Bluegrass barndo did not disappoint for our 3 day anniversary trip! We appreciated how clean, spacious & updated everything was. Beds were comfortable & the water pressure was perfect in the showers. The location was central to the Ark, Patriots Landing, Creation Museum & Kentucky Horse Park. We also loved how dog friendly the hosts were by providing a doggie bed & treats. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets & the stars in the sky at night. We will only stay here when we come back to the area.

Absolutely everything we needed for a great family weekend at the Ark Encounter. The grandkids loved the game room and we loved how spacious and clean everything was. Jennifer provided great communication and answered questions quickly before and during our stay. We’ve already been referring our friends!

Beautiful property inside and out. Beautiful views of the sunset from the fire pit. Lovely open floor plan and a lot of space for all 8 of our family. The children loved the game room and other games. Well stocked kitchen for cooking! And plenty of snuggly throws for watching movies together! A great home to come back to after days of visiting nearby Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, and Kentucky horse farm.

Wonderful stay! It felt like we were coming home, not just to a rental. The Barndo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was close enough to restaurants and a Wal-Mart, but secluded enough to have peace and quiet. A quick drive to the Ark, and a drivable distance for the Creation Museum and Cincinnati activities. Would definitely recommend!

The house is fully stocked, very clean, beds were comfortable. Game room was a huge hit-location is beautiful but there is not alot to do in the area, Wal mart close by, all 8 acres is not accessible, over all a great experience and we would stay there again if we ever went back. Host replied quickly and was never nice.
