Welcome to The Bluegrass Barndo! This brand-new property situated on over 8 acres of rolling pasture offers an array of accommodations designed for making memories with family & friends. Located less than 15 minutes from The Ark Encounter, the picturesque landscape and farmhouse atmosphere offers the perfect escape from the stresses of the day-to-day. The fun-filled rec room with games, patio w/ grill & fire pit, & ample space for families, couples or groups makes for an ideal getaway!

Rural Setting Disclosure: Our property is located in a peaceful, rural area surrounded by trees and open space. While we love sharing this setting with guests, staying in the country comes with some realities. We maintain regular professional pest control and landscaping, but occasional insects, wildlife, and other natural conditions are possible — especially in warmer months or after heavy rain. This is a normal part of rural life and may occur despite our best efforts. We work hard to maintain a clean, comfortable home and appreciate your understanding of the natural setting.

Wonderful stay! It felt like we were coming home, not just to a rental. The Barndo was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was close enough to restaurants and a Wal-Mart, but secluded enough to have peace and quiet. A quick drive to the Ark, and a drivable distance for the Creation Museum and Cincinnati activities. Would definitely recommend!

The house is fully stocked, very clean, beds were comfortable. Game room was a huge hit-location is beautiful but there is not alot to do in the area, Wal mart close by, all 8 acres is not accessible, over all a great experience and we would stay there again if we ever went back. Host replied quickly and was never nice.

Lots of activities for the kids and adults.Very clean and lots of room.The host thought of everything--large sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, paper products, laundry supplies, placemats and utensils for the kids and even phone chargers in every bedroom. ITS TRULY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. If we return to the area, definitely will be back.

With 2 kids and 4 Adults we had plenty of room to move around without being on top of each other. Games and game room were a great thing for our family. Tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed for meal preparation and cooking.

Wonderful home to stay in with family and our small dog .,The home was stocked with all you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable. Kentucky Hideaway

The Bluegrass Barndo was a wonderful hideaway for our family. This place is a must if your in the Williamstown area. The house exceeded our expectations from the spacious open concept kitchen/living area to the large bathrooms and game room. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the teenagers loved the overhead bunk beds. There was ladderball, cornhole, darts, Uno and yes our kids get competitive! Needless to say if you book this house for you getaway you wont be disappointed.

Oasis in Northern KY

The Barndo was just what we needed! My dog and I needed a place to stay near a Nosework trial site, and this was perfect. We slept well and were relaxed for our competition. Jennifer replied quickly to inquiries. The Barndo is so clean and inviting.

Great property and house!

The house was even better than the pictures! The game room area was perfect for our family, even though it was in the 20-30’s outside they had overhead heaters to warm ya up! The bunk-beds were a huge hit for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need and then some! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms - which was a great surprise!!We will definitely stay here again when we come visit family.

We loved the beautiful countryside and enjoyed the spacious home. It was clean and well appointed. As a senior, I’m used to my bed at home, so I wish the bed I slept in had been softer (maybe a good memory foam topper) but that is a personal preference. Otherwise, it was perfect!!!
