The kids are sure to have sweet dreams in the first-floor guest bedroom, fit with 2 twin size beds; an additional guest bedroom located across the hall is supplied with a queen size bed. The kitchen is a “Chef’s Dream”, dripping in stainless steel and equipped with a 5 burner Thermador gas range, side-by-side Subzero refrigerator, and dual ovens; take that gourmet meal to the dining table with seating for eight. Wrap your evening up on the plush sofas and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV, or take your cocktail to the second-floor balcony over-looking the Eastern Green and watch the Summer sun set into the Gulf. 3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
