This house is truly for all ages! This community is in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and has tons of amenities.
Community pool is heated during cooler months and an air-raider keeps water cool on the warmer months, refreshing year round. In the clubhouse you will find ping pong table, hot tub, sauna, pool table, media room, and a library with tons of novels and books to keep up with your book club even while on vacation. The clubhouse also has a full kitchen and a refrigerator keeping all your favorite snacks and drinks fresh and cold while you swim. House features a coffee bar with a Kuerig and drip coffee maker for your convenience. Flavored syrups, sugar, and hot tea are also available for your mornings. Sip coffee in the backyard or on the front patio. Seating for six in the backyard, plus two sun loungers await you. A BBQ grill with a full propane tank awaits any grill master. Kitchen has all the essentials any chef might need. Kitchen table has seating for eight guests. Beautiful cocktail glasses are available, frozen margarita glasses are in the freezer. Beautiful wine glasses for both red and white wine are in the cabinets along with any other glassware you may need. Plastic cups for the pool are also in the cabinets. Living room includes 60 inch ROKU TV. Steam your favorite shows even while on vacation. An Xbox, and tons of board games can be found in the media center under the TV. Family fun for all ages with a huge variety of games for all ages. There are Amazon Fire smart TV’s in both bedrooms. Walking distance to Old town Scottsdale and the Entertainment District.
Shopping and restaurants within one block of the home. This home sleeps 6 comfortably and also has comfy sofas, and chaise lounge. A Pack and Play is available for your little one on request. Beautiful linens are provided during your stay as well as all toiletries. Blow drier, and hair tools are also provided for your use.

Everything was great, nice and quiet community and pool was pretty quiet, even though it was shared., plenty of seats and spacing even at peak times. Very close to Old Town, Camelback, etc.

Although we misunderstood that garage and laundry were included, Danielle’s prompt and kind attention made up for it. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and Danielle sharing her original art collection with guests is an amazing and trusting gesture. Thank you for a memorable visi!

The place is in a great spot, and we were able to walk to Old Town. It was just two of us, so it was okay that we had to use the second shower because the primary shower didn’t get hot water. The host brought a hair dryer when I requested one.

I have watched the city grow, but yet the integrity of Old Town remains the same. The best part of hosting is sharing information about this great neighborhood and all it has to offer. I love giving recommendations and then hearing back how much fun my guests had, or how great the food was at a restaurant. The community has so much to offer. It has resort amenities, and is suitable for all ages. There truly is something for everyone. Whether it’s golf, fishing, hiking, walking, sports or shopping it’s all with in walking distance. There are so many Great restaurants. The Entertainment District and spring Training venue is only 3-6 blocks away.

Why they chose this property

Old Town has it all. Anything you want to do is with in walking distance from the house. There are two grocery stores less than a block away. Tons of shopping and the heart of old town is only a short walk from the house to see and experience the true charm of the city. Whether your into Native American History, or beautiful turquoise jewelry, old town has it all. If you love high fashion Scottsdale Fashion square is incredible. Tiffany’s store, Hermes, Gucci, Nordstrom’s all the greatest designers have a store in the mall. If you are visiting for a celebration there is an entire entertainment district with dance clubs, bars and restaurants.

The Villa San Marcos community offers spacious townhouses with plenty of space. The community offers the following amenities a sparkling pool (heated in the winter months ) and hot tub as well as a beautiful clubhouse. Clubhouse features a full kitchen, plenty of comfy space to relax. A pool table, 80 inch TV, ping pong table, and a sauna. Bathrooms in the clubhouse are equipped with showers as well. Resort amenities and a spacious home in a quiet and meticulously maintained community. Experience your home away from home with all the comforts of your home with resort accommodations! Have it all at this vacation home.

My house is the perfect home away from home, a place where you can relax and put your feet up. It’s functional and has everything you would want or need. Seating for 6 at both indoor and outdoor tables. 3 comfy pillow top beds. Sun loungers, and 2 bikes. There is BBQ grill outside. Big sofa with 60 inch smart TV. Tons of board games and books available for quality family fun times.

An Xbox and a DVD player.
Kitchen has everything you need to make meals. There is a drip coffee maker as Kuerik. There is a insta-pot and all the pans and pots you need to make fantastic meals. House also has full size washer and drier.
