4 suites with ceiling fan, cabinets and closet. Room for 2 environments, TV, WiFi, toilet, large equipped kitchen with American counter for 16 seats, large balcony with sofa, armchairs, stools, hammocks, swimming pool and shower, barbecue Parking for up to 6 cars. Wide green lawn.

Close to bars and restaurants, market and bakery. The beach offers rental of stand up paddle, restaurant and playground, and forest trails that lead to other nearby beaches.

Chega-se à ponta esquerda da Guaiuba com um minuto de caminhada, e essa conveniência é o principal atrativo da casa. Há uma delegacia de polícia no quarteirão de trás e um trânsito razoável de viaturas, dando sensação de segurança. A casa tem camas para 15 pessoas (3 de casal, 3 de solteiro, 3 beliches em quatro suítes), mas um grupo de 8 ou 10 pessoas a aproveita melhor, ou seja, sem sobrecarregar banheiros e cozinha. Há, ainda, dois lavabos e uma ducha externa. O gramado acomoda quatro ou cinco carros com folga para manobrar. A proprietária, Márcia, é gentil, discreta, e facilmente comunicável por WhatsApp. Os pontos negativos recaem sobre coisas menores, como vazamento de água para fora do box em alguns banheiros (exigindo rodo pós-banho), um ou outro ventilador barulhento, material de cozinha antigo (geladeiras, fogão, e utensílios), fumaça da churrasqueira invadindo o alpendre, e janelas difíceis de fechar. O sinal de wi-fi é fraco, o que incomoda algumas pessoas. Atenta a essas questões, a Márcia diz que está reformando a casa aos poucos, pois de fato ela é antiga. Porém, nenhum desses problemas menores ofusca a boa estrutura da casa. Tanto é que nosso grupo de amigos, do interior de SP, pretende utiliza-la mais vezes.
