Easy to find, beautiful neighborhood, and quick response from host at check in. Home was perfect size for our family of 4 with two teenage boys. Will rent again!!
Property was nice but it was hard to find due to the fact the address is for the back of the house. The front of the house is on Aspen. The property was well kept. Not enough eating utensils in the house.
Wonderful being back so many beautiful places to go very friendly people just love it. Been coming to the cloud for 11 years always enjoy am going to make more trips more often.

Disliked: Communication
We enjoyed our holiday stay overall, but there were a few things worth mentioning for future guests. The bathroom doorknob was not working properly, which was inconvenient during our stay. Additionally, the outside grill was not functional, which was disappointing since we were planning to use it.The cabin itself felt somewhat outdated. Not necessarily in a bad way, but also not particularly modern or refreshed. It was comfortable enough, just more on the neutral side overall. One important thing to note is that we were expecting the cabin to be two levels based on the description, but it turned out to be a single-level cabin. With a few updates and clearer descriptions, this place could be an even better experience.
This property was clean and it was comfortable. There were only a couple of issues that could be improved. One was that from the picture it looks like part of the house might be downstairs. However the rentable space was all upstairs with pretty steep outdoor stairs. This should be in the listing in my opinion. The other issue was that the WiFi, which is available, was a spotty experience during our stay. Thank you for letting us rent from you we did have a good time!

Stacie Hobson was Outstanding. When we arrived the entry door code box was broken and there was no alternative we were locked out. Stacie made numerous trips and phone calls trying to gain access to the rental. After 2 hours we went to find a meal and a seat. Stacie continued to search for a solution. Unbeknownst to us she found where we were eating comped our meal , secured a different rental and brought us the keys to the restaurant. In spite of everything she and her team maintained a cheerful and engaging demeanor through the entire process. Once we were in the alternate rental she called to ensure our comfort and inquired if we had everything we needed. Again an outstanding hostess and a great person. Thank you Stacie.

Adequate house close to downtown
This was a newer listing with no reviews. The house was minimally stocked (no coffee, no cooking oil/spray, a few spices, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no tissues, one roll of paper towels, one kitchen towel, no laundry detergent, etc.) The address takes you to the back of the house, which is on a hill. Directions or info on where the driveway/front door are located would be helpful. The picture shows an entire house, but you rent the upstairs portion. The outside grill didn't work, which was disappointing. The bedroom tv remote only had one battery and required two with no spare batteries in the house. There is a fireplace that appeared to be decorative only, as there was no firewood and the fridge had rules about no fires. The communication before and after the stay were good. During the stay, we didn't hear back about the grill issue, but it was over the 4th of July/a holiday weekend. The house was clean enough and the porch was a nice place to relax and watch wildlife. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, which are nice to have in the summer. The house has wifi and Roku on the tv in the living room. It's dog friendly and most of the neighbors have dogs, so we enjoyed meeting all of the dogs. Overall, the house was adequate and we spent most of our time out exploring. The town of Cloudcroft is adorable and fun to explore. It has limited places to shop for groceries/necessities, so bring what you need/want for your stay.
