Enjoyed the expansive home, surroundings, proximity to I-25 for travel to Albuquerque to see the Balloon Fiesta on 2 separate days plus easy travels to Taos and other mountain areas. Appreciated the 24 hour security gate entrance and renting a home with a garage. Home was clean and well stocked. Check in and check out instructions were easy. The rental had all the amenities needed for a vacation in Santa Fe and beyond.

Perfect home base!

What a wonderful find! The home was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The gated community felt safe and peaceful, and the amenities were fantastic. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool and gym. Great location with easy highway access. A perfect home base for our trip!

The townhouse served as a cozy home base as my wife recovered at Christus St Vincent. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, in a gated community, and close to the hospital. I also loved having the option to park our cars in the garage. I did not get to enjoy any of the clubhouse amenities, but I definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Loved the cleanliness and well appointed luxury of this rental. The resort has a restaurant on site and a pool too plus more. Wish we could have stayed longer it was so cozy! Beautiful place

Perfect Cozy Stay

We felt like we were staying in the home of a family member with fun art, lots of books to read, a sensible kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved the sunny back patio and the trails beyond the back gate. We were out of the fray of traffic but not too far away from the great Quail Run amenities. Thanks so much for sharing your great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay at Quail Run 667. After encountering the heat in Scottsdale, Santa Fe and this property offered a welcome respite. The property is outstanding. Completely furnished and stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property was very clean. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. Check in and out were very easy. The back patio and garden were incredible! Truly an oasis! We enjoyed the walking trail around the complex. We could see that the property owners viewed this property as a "home away from home." That's what it was to us. We would have no qualms returning for another stay, and we highly recommend that property to others. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful home and its surroundings.

Very nice property especially having a garage! The back patio is nice but light bulbs were burnt out and I had to find a replacement from a different lamps. There are portable air conditioners that were taped to the bedroom windows with painters tape, so it wouldn’t stay put and the windows were open to critters etc. just thought it could have been put together better or at all. Ice maker in fridge does not work. Bedding is outdated. But management was great. They fixed the washing machine door that wouldn’t close, but ice maker never worked. Master bathroom shower wasn’t clean. Loved the location, as well as the management…. But wish everything had worked.

The burnt-out bulbs should never have been left for you to replace — we’ve replaced the patio bulbs and are checking all lamps in the unit. The portable AC units taped to the windows are unacceptable; we will replace/secure those units with proper window kits or remove them so windows can remain closed. We will have maintenance inspect the ice maker and repair or replace it as needed. I also apologize for the outdated bedding and the master shower not being properly cleaned — we’re scheduling updated bedding and retraining our housekeeping team to prevent this going forward. Glad we were able to fix the washing machine door during your stay. Thank you for the feedback — it helps us improve. We hope to host you again and provide a fully functional, clean stay. This is a great property, very clean and comfortable. Easy check-in and checkout. Also, the location and amenities are excellent. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms and bathrooms all good. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. It was nice for sitting out in the morning and the evening. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe.
