Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front residence at Shipwatch on St. Simons Island. The sought-after Shipwatch Community is located on the stretch of beach between the historic Coast Guard Station and Massengale Park. With just 52 units in the complex, Shipwatch is a favorite destination for families, couples and snowbirds alike.

The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The second bath is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Amenities include secured gated entry, pool, covered parking, grass lawn, community grill and private boardwalk to the beach. Each condo has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an open dining/ living room, kitchen and balcony. Unless specified, residences do not offer ocean views.

Check-Out: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants 5 persons.
• One dog allowed with the addition of the $100 pet fee.
• Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
•The beach is accessible via Shipwatch's private boardwalk. The Pier/Village area is 2 miles away

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We stayed here at Ship Watch 31 yrs ago so this was a memorable time. Always enjoyed the island. Love the access to the pool and ocean. We will return for a future visit.

1st time vacation on st. Simon's island.

We absolutely loved it there. It had a home town/community vibe instead of crowded tourist vibe. We hope to visit again! The condo was nice but looked bigger in the pictures. The parking was confusing at first but once we read that there is no assigned parking spots it was fine.

Everything was good except the path to the beach. I wished they had a boardwalk to the beach. My mother in law is 80 and it was hard for her to get to the beach especially when the path was flooded and slippery from the rains.

We were very disappointed that it was advertised as having beach access but you couldn’t get to the beach. They need to build some sort of bridge so we can have the access. No one wanted to walk in the swamp.

Great location . Close to restaurants shopping . Rental management very prompt and courteous. Love the pool area. Very quiet. Condo could use some TLC but overall in good condition. Soap dispensers are mixed with water so maybe bring your on soap . Coffee maker is not K cup. Just fyi. Walk to beach is little ways from condo

Worked for us.

We were there in the off season. The building was quiet. The unit was clean and great for what we needed. The only bad thing I can say is the path to the beach was flooded from hurricanes so we had to walk pretty far to access the beach but once we were there is was lovely. The location is about a 5 minute drive to the main drag/pier/lighthouse.

It was very clean. Considering the age. It would be nice to have an updated coffee pot and new dishes as some of them were stained from where. But we did love the building in the beach and all the people who met there.
