Welcome to your oasis. Upon arrival you'll be immediately impressed by the beautiful neighborhood. You'll be charmed by the lush tropical setting of the backyard. Walk down the path to the backyard surrounded by greenery. Here you'll discover an inground pool with spa and waterfall. Beyond the pool is a boat lift and a canal nestled among mango, banana, mangrove and lime trees. An outdoor area and gas grill complete the poolside hideaway. The canal which feeds into Estero Bay can provide you with countless hours of fishing opportunities.
The master bedroom contains a ceiling fan, TV, alarm clock, slider patio doors with direct access to the covered lanai. The master bath has dual sinks, a wall of mirrors and a separate toilet and shower area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a sleeping for two more additional guests. The formal dining room seats six comfortably. There is also additional seating on the screened in lanai. Your friends and family will have plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing in the large open living room, kitchen, dining area. Enjoy peace, tranquility and ocean breezes in our tropical paradise, stroll the beach, then jump in our refreshing canal side swimming pool.

March, 2024 Visit

This property was extremely clean, very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed having the pool and other outside areas to sit around. Dorothy and Chuck were very responsive hosts and we had great communication with them when there was an issue in the house. We enjoyed the beach equipment and the short walk to the beach access. Fort Myers Beach is as wonderful as it was when we visited the area a couple of years ago! The rental is away from the craziness (and traffic) of the Time Square area! We were disappointed that there weren't any restaurants open yet in our area and certainly look forward to Santini Plaza being open again. We look forward to coming back to the area again when there are a few more restaurants and shops open on South island and will definitely hope to stay in this rental again!!

Week in Paradise

We have been traveling to Fort Myers for several years. This property has everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, hot tub and pool provided great hang out time during the day. We had a vehicle to drive to excellent restaurants, but there is a trolley and tram. The hosts are responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The island is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but there is plenty to see and do.

We are two retired teachers who bought in Fort Myers Beach because we like all the activity in Fort Myers Area. There is always something to do and the sunshine is spectacular! All ages have fun in Fort Myers! There are young people, middle age people and older people! There are 84 restaurants that you can relax and listen to music with amazing views!

Why they chose this property

We enjoy walking the beach and boating in and around the Gulf of Mexico. We can walk or take the trolley to Times Square for entertaiment and eat great food. We also think it is really fun to ride our bikes on the beach. Our street has beach access, so it is easy to get to the beach!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy going to the beach for several hours and then coming back and taking a dip in the pool!
***We own 21580/21582 Indian Bayou, so if you are a large family, you can rent both sides! Grandma and grandpa can have one side and the rest of the family can be in the other side! If you have friends that come down, you can rent both sides and also have times for privacy!
