Serenity on the Lake

It was perfect! The location of the house on the lake was great. Very peaceful . The house in itself was just perfect for our family. The only complaint was the heat…we were hoping for the temps to be just a little cooler…but Mother Nature had her own ideas. But being able to jump in the water and cool of was wonderful. We will definitely be back to Lake Murray

Great Lake home with beautiful views! The screened in porch is for sure where you’ll spend most of your time - it’s fantastic! For more than 4-6 guests the living/dining area is on the small side. We enjoyed this home with our Yorkie and had a wonderful time.

We had a great week with family at the Serenity Now!! The house was beautiful. Everything was as described and we had no issues. The location and the views were amazing. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch, tubing, fishing, and floating in the water. We did go to Walmart and purchased floats but the swim noodles provided worked great for the men! Our family have been taking lake vacations for the past 6 years and this one was probably the best yet! We just enjoyed everything about this house and the Chapin & Irmo area. We even went into Charlotte for the Carolina Panthers fan fest! The local Mexican Restaurant was 10/10. We enjoy traveling our state of SC. Thank you! Would definitely rent again! **Pet Friendly **

Fishing Tournament

There were 6 men that dated at this property for 3 nights. We were all there for fishing tournament. The communication with Todd was fantastic, the location of the property on lake was great, and there was plenty of room for all of us in the house. We had 3 trucks and 3 bass boats. The parking was very tight. We were hoping to use the ramp on the property but there was no way that was happening. There is a nice ramp with plenty of parking about 2 miles from the house. We had a great time staying at this property and would for sure recommend.

Why they chose this property

This point was owned by Mr Hair, hence the name of the street, Hair Point. I bought it from him 20 years ago and I made it a long term rental. I couldn’t bear to part with it because of the beauty of the water on 3 sides and magnificent sunsets, so I completely remodeled it to a high standard and furnished it lake style! It is a spectacular lake view and is so comfortable! I hope you enjoy it!

What makes this property unique

The water views are amazing with water on 3 sides. The lot has a gentle slope but the water is extremely deep at the dock (over 20’). The boat dock is a great place to fish and I even provide cane poles for adults and children. The property has its own boat ramp so you can launch your boat, jet ski or kayak without ever leaving the property. The mid-lake location is perfect in that you can get to to marinas to grab a burger and beer in minutes and you are not very far from all the lakes major landmarks. I love the quiet cove and being able to float in the cove (noodles provided) without boat traffic. We just added a white sand beach by the lake with polywood chairs where you can sun and enjoy your favorite beverage or marvel at the setting sun and the endless red, orange and purple colors shimmering off the lake. It is truly spectacular! The fire pit (think s’mores and enjoying the great outdoors with friends and family) is also a new addition along with the stone and paver walkways. The screen porch is where you will want to spend your time. It is a great way to connect to nature and the lake, dine and watch the smart tv in the corner. Inside has a great flow and the stone fireplace just makes the main level! The bidet toilet seat in the main level bathroom will make you question why you don’t have one at home! All the mattresses are very high end and extremely comfortable. We tried very hard to think about everything you would need for the perfect vacation and hope that you will choose our home. You won’t be disappointed!
