We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean and nicely furnished with great amenities. The kids (and the adults) loved the air hockey/ping pong table, arcade cabinet, and board games. It was a little difficult to find at night, but that was our fault for arriving so late, and the map app for not pinpointing it correctly. The host was very responsive to all of our questions, and the electric charger made it possible for us to take the electric car. We would definitely consider staying here again!
The property was very pet friendly. We enjoyed how spacious the cabin is and the kids were well entertained with games down stairs. The view is nice and the location is great for exploring the area.
Very nice accommodations. Easy to get to and off the main road which is nice so that you can get around the mountains. Amenities were very nice. Even coffee was available. Beds were comfortable and the living space was plenty for a large group if you needed it.
This cute little cabin is tucked away in the foothills of Shenandoah with all the modern comforts and amenities. We enjoyed s’mores in the fire pit and an evening dip in the hot tub. The kids loved the air hockey table and arcade game. The electric fireplace was cozy for a movie night. The bed linens were super soft and beds and pillows were plush - more than pleased. The host was very proactive with communication. We had two questions that were promptly answered. Thoughtful touches were appreciated like provided snacks, variety of coffee and tea, towels by the hot tub, laundry baskets in each closet, and high end soap. The checkout list was simple (no stripping beds!). Two suggestions: night lights in the bedrooms and a more detailed house manual (eg, a heads up that the doors auto lock on a timer, instructions on how to turn on the lights near the hot tub, and where to find the firewood/matches/etc). If we are back in the area, we will be sure to return!
Truly a home away from home! We had everything we needed for a fantastic visit. We cooked steaks on the grill and smores on the patio. The entire family enjoyed the hot tub, the ping pong table, and the arcade game. We also had fun playing Uno, Yahtzee, and Monopoly. The view was great and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
