This property is in a great location - it’s in a quiet sea pines neighborhood, close proximity to the beach, not crowded beach location. The property itself was clean and had a great view of the lagoon, where we saw a lot of wildlife everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful place to stay with family over the holiday. The place was clean and we enjoyed the view of the pond (and local alligators and birds). Great base for both the ocean and biking on all of the paths in Hilton Head. Highly recommend.

We love this Development and this particular house was perfect! The porch overlooked a lagoon with beautiful birds, the large windows in the family room did the same. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The air-conditioning was fabulous and lots of ceiling fans as well. Lots of beach chairs and other supplies that you need so you don’t need to bring anything with you. It’s perfect.

Perfect location! The pool is right next door, and the beach is just a short 6–8 minute walk away. While the house is on the smaller side, the layout makes it feel much more spacious than expected. It was very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
