Had an amazing time with my friends! Great amenities and Colby was very communicative. Only thing is that the downstairs couch smelled a bit funny. Other than that, our stay was amazing.

Even better than expected

Had everything we needed, even had two kayaks, which were not on the listing and a welcome surprise. If you have young kids who fish of the doc, this is the place for you. Sunfish were biting all the time, caught numerous catfish and even a bass. Don't worry, we put them back. The water was warm and diving platform was fun for all.

We really enjoyed our stay and Colby was an excellent host. He even helped us when we got locked out late one night. The area is quiet with good access to local attractions.
