Gated front yard and backyard. Long gated driveway for two cars. Street parking as well. Peaceful neighborhood. Quiet street with an ocean breeze. This home is the right side of a duplex. One shared wall with a long-term tenant who is very quiet. This home is available as early as May 1 and as late as September 30.
