Very nice space. It had everything that we needed and had lots of towels and blankets. If you like a modern, sleek, clean place to stay, this is the one. It was close to many things as well, 10 min to the store, beach, everything.

Very well stocked kitchen, clean and renovated home. Having (3) en-suite bedrooms was a huge plus. Kids enjoyed the pool table.Only negative was the early 10am checkout. Would rent again.

Fantastic place for our golf group. Great communication by the owner. Great clean house with lots of room in the backyard for Cornhole and Bocce Ball. We will want to come back for sure!

The home was clean and comfortable. It was supplied with everything we needed! Coffee, sugar, and spiced were all available. We would stay here again!

Great stay!

The home was spacious enough for our big family and had everything we needed and more. Everything was perfect during our stay. I couldn’t figure out how to get in but Melissa was great and communication was quick and easy and got it in quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great Family Stay

We had several familes with kids stay here and everyone had a great time. Spacious living room, backyard, and bedrooms. Very clean. Kitchen, garage, bathrooms stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive.

Great Family Vacation Home!

Stayed in Nipomo for our annual Family vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. Very kid-friendly home and safe neighborhood. Melissa was a wonderful host, check in was super easy - home was delightful with great bedrooms, comfy beds, and everyone loved having their own bathroom! The Family room with pool table and 3 pull-out couches was amazing for the grandkids! We loved spending time on the beautiful grounds, making s’mores on the outdoor built-in grill and the short drive to Pismo Beach! Plenty of parking for our car, truck and our travel trailer! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Spacious and lovely!

This house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has very nice amenities. Each bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite, tv and plenty of closet space. While there is no air conditioning, we stayed during a heat wave and were still comfortable with opening windows and using several available ceiling fans. This house is updated and beautiful, you will not be disappointed!!!

Entire house has been newly remodeled, and it was perfect for a family of 7. Good location, easy access, open layout kitchen/dinning area to entertain all the kids, and well stocked with kitchen items for meals. Nice covered patio for cool evenings and mornings outside.
