Completely renovated mid-century modern home close to downtown Traverse City. The house comfortably sleeps 8 in private bedrooms with additional sleeping options for 4. There is one full bath, which has been completely renovated, and a half bath.

Walk 10 mins to a public beach on East Bay or hop on bikes and head 3 miles on the TART trail to downtown breweries, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy a scenic drive to Leelanau or Old Mission Peninsulas and visit cherry orchards, wineries, distilleries, and farm markets.

Located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood tucked between the TART Trail and East Bay. The house does not have central air-conditioning, but temperatures are often cooler close to the bay, the lot has plenty of shade. Fans provided in each bedroom.

East Bay Township Short-Term License: STR2019-0030. Max occupancy is 12 guests.

This house was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. The large common areas made it easy for us to visit, laugh, and enjoy meals together without feeling cramped. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming. We would absolutely return and would recommend this home to others.

The neighborhood was quiet and was 5-30 minutes away from things. It was an easy check-in and check-out. The host was easy to communicate with and contact. It was a lovely experience!

Great location, close to everything we wanted to experience. The kitchen was well stocked. I brought extra towels for our large group, but there were already plenty provided. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host. Plenty of places to sleep for our large family gathering. We really enjoyed the large,variety backyard with a deck, plenty of outdoor seating, and a fire pit. Check in and check out was very easy. Hosts were super friendly and easy to contact!
