Our host was nice and responsive. The house was very nice, it was clean, beds were comfortable, and bonus they had decent cookware. The short walk to the beautiful beach was nice, we enjoyed watching Dolphins early mornings and beautiful sunsets every night. My grandsons flew their kites on the beach, swam, and looked for shells. We walked to the state park, and there were beautiful beaches there too, along with great trails for walking. Perfect location, great place to stay.

This was our second year staying here and it was just as perfect as last year. Everything is just as described. The home is very clean and well stocked. We love the peacefulness of the area. The beaches are never crowded. It’s always a very relaxing vacation for us and we love everything about this cottage.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The house was beautiful and in a perfect location with access to the beach. There were also wonderful restaurants that were close as well! Will definitely be looking to book this property again in the future!

Hidden gem!

Short walk from the beach and bay. We loved the outdoor bathroom and playing cornhole in the evening in the shaded area under the house. The whole family really enjoyed the property.

Great family vacation

Lovely stay at a clean comfortable house. Had everything we needed and some thoughtful extras. Kitchen came with plenty of spices and cookware. House was about a 5 minute walk from the beach, and we enjoyed being close to th stone preserve for hiking, exploring and swimming in the bay with the kids.

Great 2 weeks at CSB

This was our third time to stay at Mark and Karen’s house. It’s so convenient to both the beach and bay. The kitchen as fully stocked, grills were in great shape, love the front and back decks! We hope to rent from them again.

A family vacation

We had a great time at this property. This was my daughters first time at the beach and she loved it. My husband and sisters enjoyed also! The information given by the property manager about which restaurants and attractions we should stop by was really helpful! We would definitely rent again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at your property. The house had everything we needed. It is not very close to the beach and walk paths were not usable due to some construction. The better option was to drive to the open beach places.
