Take a deep breath of refreshing mountain air and listen to the pines whisper at our luxurious retreat, perched at 8,000 feet. This stylish, fully remodeled home offers everything you need for an unforgettable mountain vacation, blending modern rustic design with high-end finishes. Enjoy miles of gorgeous, secluded mountain views from two spacious decks and nearly every window in the house. Checkout our newly constructed Treehouse and Little bridge over our valley's bubbling brook.

After a day of hiking the trails right outside the back door, you can unwind in the brand-new 6-person hot tub overlooking a pine-treed valley of Pikes National Forest. As evening falls, gather around the cozy propane fire pit, or stretch out in the hammock for some incredible stargazing. Inside, you'll find two distinct living areas perfect for relaxing, including one with a 75" TV for movie nights and a cozy electric indoor fireplace.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is packed with amenities for fun, work, and relaxation:

★Entertainment: Arcade Game Room, ping pong table, indoor board games, and puzzles.
★Comfort: 4 comfortable bedrooms with premium mattresses and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen.
★Work & Family: A dedicated workspace with fast Starlink Wi-Fi is available for remote needs. For families, we provide a Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, and a fully enclosed backyard.
★Wellness: Stay active with our on-site direct access to hiking trails
★Winter Fun: We provide 8 sets of snowshoes (4 adult, 4 kids) and 2 sleds for your enjoyment.

You will have private access to the entire home, the attached garage, and the surrounding 1.5 acres of property. Step right out the back door to explore the neighboring mountains and hiking trails.

Enjoy our two outdoor decks, complete with outdoor dining furniture and luxurious seating. The attached garage is available for your use and includes a Tesla/Electric Vehicle (EV) Level 2 charger. You'll also find a cornhole game and snowshoes stored in the garage for your use.

Our home is your secluded escape, offering stunning views of Pikes National Forest and frequent visits from local wildlife, including deer, elk, moose, and foxes. While you'll feel a world away, you are conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the charming town of Bailey and near multiple wedding venues.

Outdoor adventures are at your doorstep, with fantastic options for hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, and fishing nearby. Don't miss the Treehouse Adventure Park, just 10 minutes away!

While a car is necessary, our central location makes it easy to explore some of Colorado's best attractions:

★Local Trails: Trails start right from our back door, with Staunton State Park, Deer Creek Trailhead, and Rolling Creek Trailhead also nearby.

★Denver: 60 minutes
★Breckenridge Ski Resort: 80 minutes
★Denver International Airport (DIA): 80 minutes

★Pets: We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs. Pets MUST be declared on the booking, and a pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning. A $100 fine will be assessed for any undeclared pets on the property.
★No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes tobacco, 420, and vaping anywhere on the premises.
★Events: We offer packages for micro-weddings and rehearsal dinners. Please inquire for more details.

This place was an incredible, little gem in the mountains, near Bailey Colorado. The house was immaculate; stocked with all necessities, had an incredible basement, awesome back porch with a hot tub (kiddos loved it) and was super pet friendly. Not to mention the amazing hiking and outdoors right off your back step. Our host was super responsive and very helpful when we had a few questions. Overall this made our thanksgiving vacation a super success and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

What a dream!!! My family and I stayed here and honestly did not want to leave. The home is beautiful, spacious, peaceful and full of many extra little touches like snacks, robes, bath salts, ninja blender etc. Brittany and Matthew were great at answering questions and super friendly. Absolutely beautiful stay in bailey!

This was such an amazing stay for me and my friends!! Not only was the house so beautiful there’s so much to do including a hot tub, secret rooms with lights, a fire pit, even a treehouses, and much more!! Thr place was super clean, and the host was extremely helpful with anything we needed!! would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The home was clean and exactly as pictured, and the host was so great and responded quickly. This home is spacious and we loved that they had so much to do… ping pong table, tons of games and puzzles, books, and arcade games. The outside of this home is incredible, even on a chilly day my family spent over an hour exploring the grounds. There is a tree fort, rocks to climb on, and steps leading down to the creek. My kids found a few painted rocks placed by others and had fun re-hiding them on the property. Also, there are beautiful views of the Wisp Creek valley from the deck and the hot tub. Other perks: parking very close to the door for easy loading & unloading, complimentary snacks and items in the supply closet, and tons of outlets for chargers in each room. The beds and the lower level couch were super comfy too. 5 stars all around

Vacation stay

This was a great stay for the family and I, even our dog enjoyed herself. The house was very clean and well maintained, the signs around the house were a nice touch and very organized there was so much space for everyone and even had extra beds. Matthew was super helpful with a few requests and very accommodating. My mom could not stop raving about how much she enjoyed the views from the house. We can’t wait to book in the summer to enjoy the outside parts of the home again!

Very Cool Property

We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend getaway with our daughter and two dogs. We especially loved the kitchen, cozy living room with an amazing reading chair, the super comfy beds, huge TV, and incredible hot tub. Little extras were also great, like plush robes to help get in and out of the hot tub. The huge property was fun to explore, especially for the dogs but it would be a kid’s dream. Some great hikes within a 30 minute drive including one of my new favorites: Cheesman Canyon. Highly recommend this rental.

Quiet Reflection

A group of old friends met/stayed at the Bailey property. We all came from different parts of the US for a funeral for a lifelong friend. The property is secluded and peaceful. The hummingbirds visited the feeder all morning. Would stay again and again. Beautiful!

Peaceful Retreat

This is a beautiful and secluded property that was perfect for hosting our local and out of town family. The property and amenities appear exactly as pictured/described with all the comforts of home. The home was cleaned and freshly updated inside and out. The host checked in with us frequently and was responsive to any questions or requests we brought to his attention. We will almost certainly be back considering the proximity to family in the area and to the various attractions and activities in the area.

Peaceful Mountain Home

Wonderful place to stay. The attention to detail was incredible. This home offers luxurious bathrobes, comfortable beds and bedding, cozy blankets, fully stocked kitchen, nice deck furniture, a hammock, games, snacks etc. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the hot tub, it’s weathered and worn. Other than that, this home is a 10/10!

This house was a 10 out of 10! My husband and our adult kids and two grandkids came in for a wedding weekend. Perfect location. The house was immaculate and spacious. It’s even prettier in person. It was stocked with every cooking pan/ utensil we needed. There were great trails we hiked right outside the back. Matthew was excellent at communicating. I highly recommend his place and if we’re ever in Bailey again we’ll definitely rent this awesome house!

Awesome mountain getaway

We truly had an awesome stay at this property. There were 9 guests in total (4 adults, 5 children) and all of us slept comfortably. The kids had no shortage of ways to have fun. They really enjoyed hanging out at the tree house, playing the vintage video games, getting their water fix in the hot tub, and having ping pong battles. We were able to enjoy several hikes walking straight from the house. Matthew was great to communicate with. He was prompt in returning messages and made the check-in/check-out process very easy. It was great to get away from the city and enjoy the quiet, cool mountain air. Nothing beat sitting in the hot tub at night while staring out at the dark night sky. We will be back!

Tranquil getaway for all ages

This place is perfect for couples, families of all ages and dogs. The house itself was decked out with everything we needed. Spacious, clean, and had a wonderful hot tub and spa area with robes, bath salts and mood lighting. The WiFi was great and there were ample charging outlets and ports throughout the entire house. The top floor was ideal for our elderly grandparents. Single floor living with step in shower access and only 3 steps to manage on the front patio. The downstairs is a young persons paradise! Gaming station, ping pong table and huge tv area with deep lounge sofa. You will feel like you have the whole world to yourself. Peaceful with breathtaking views. Be mindful a small portion of the road is dirt and gravel which may not be ideal for some low sitting or rear wheel drive vehicles. There is a dollar general store less than 10 minutes away for all your last minute needs such as milk, soda, snacks and toiletries all very reasonably priced. The hosts were very communicative and had thorough instructions and expectations available in the house and online. I highly recommend it for that perfect getaway.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The home, host, and experience were wonderful and we look forward to returning in the future. Welcoming to pets, well stocked kitchen, kid & adult friendly home and yard, hot water with great water pressure (if you have kids or mountain home experience, you KNOW this is a huge plus!). The host briskly responded to all messages and made check in/out super simple. One of the best house rental experiences our family has ever had!

Our family had a wonderful stay here, one of the best properties we have booked! The hosts were very attentive and have done an awesome job thinking of just about everything you could need and had little notes/labels all around! I'm a bit OCD about cleanliness and this place was sparkling. We really appreciated having all the little extras from toiletries, hand soaps, dish washing supplies to laundry detergents and more.
We were welcomed with a card and a very sweet box of Easter cookies that made it feel special. We instantly felt at home and enjoyed every bit of this property.
Our kids loved exploring the back yard-our youngest was 4 and did ok with the terrain, hiking right down to the creek and back up the stairs was a workout but so fun! The views from the decks and hot tub were just so beautiful and peaceful, I loved sipping on my coffee and listening to birds and wildlife. The beds and furniture were very comfy, lots of towels and blankets. We felt very safe and loved it here!

LOVED everything about this house!!! The location is beautiful, nestled in the mountains and very peaceful and quiet (while still being close to restaurants and other mountain towns)
The house is in pristine condition — super clean, comfortable with luxe mountain vibes!
No detail has been missed! We enjoyed all the extras (like coffee, hot chocolate, snacks etc) and the kids LOVED the arcade, ping pong table and HOT TUB!!!
We took the kids snowshoeing (these were graciously available in the garage along with sleds) and enjoyed dining at a local pub & pizza spot.
I enjoyed quiet mornings sipping my coffee on the balcony, while soaking in the scenery and fresh mountain air.
This house is perfect for families, girlfriend getaways or groups of people as there is a lot of space and comfy beds!
It also has an intimate charm and I would love to come back for a romantic mountain getaway with just my husband.
