This will be your new favorite beach retreat. With 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeping accommodations for 6, everyone will feel at home at this beachside villa. Upgraded throughout and under new ownership in 2023, the pride of ownership shows throughout.

And we make it easy to stay and play with 4 beach chairs, a beach cart and four beach towels all available for you at the villa. We offer easy check-in with an electronic lock, so there are no keys to pick up or forget. This upgraded villa features an updated kitchen with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances including the stover, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A stack unit washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the kitchen area. The living area features a large sofa sleeper, oversized lounging chair, smart tv and electric fireplace to create that warm ambiance no matter what the weather outside. the dining area features seating for six and another three bar stools at the kitchen counter. This updated open floor plan keeps everybody engaged together on the main floor. From the living area you can step out onto the back deck and enjoy outdoor grilling on the propane grill, seating for four and enjoy the sounds of the fountain just a few steps from your deck. There are also two additional chairs on the deck for the whole group to enjoy the outdoors.

The second level features a main bedroom with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy all of nature's beauty here in Seascape, a king-sized bed and attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo. The guest room features one queen, and a twin over full bunk bed. Across the hall there is another full bath with a step-in shower and large vanity. With a flat screen smart tv in the living area and one in each bedroom, everyone will be able to enjoy their own favorites with free internet and streaming.

The Seascape Villa complex features two swimming pools and is just a short walk across the street to the beach. Located just across the street from the Marriott Ocean Grande, Seascape Villas also has their own private beachside cabana with private restrooms for guests of Seascape Villas. A code will be provided for you upon check-in. And the Marriott has a beachside restaurant and bar open to the public to grab a quick bite or your favorite drink. Beach access is easy and located on either side of the Marriott, just a five minute walk or less from the villa.
