The kitchen seamlessly flows into a spacious family room adorned with a cozy fireplace and a convenient working station desk, perfect for staying connected while on the go.

Upstairs, retreat to two luxurious ensuites designed for ultimate relaxation. The expansive primary bedroom boasts a sumptuous king bed, dual vanity, a generously sized shower, and double closet space for all your belongings. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and additional space for little ones with a Pack and Play available upon request.

HOUSE RULES
• Guest Requirements: A minimum of three positive reviews is required to book. By completing your reservation, you authorize the host to conduct a full background check. If the results do not meet our criteria, your booking may be canceled.

• No parties or large gatherings.
• No outdoor gatherings past 10 PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

• Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, to maintain a clean an allergy-free space for all guests, we do not accept cats. Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Bringing an unregistered pet or cat will result in a $1000 penalty. Please confirm if you’re traveling with a pet and update your reservation accordingly.

Great Vrbo!

Location was great! Walking distance to downtown Alpharetta where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and bars. Short drive to the Avalon, which is an outdoor mall with restaurants and Whole Foods. The kitchen was perfect, with everything I needed to prepare a few meals (quality pots and pans), dice up fruit (excellent knife set), and reheat leftovers with their counter oven/air-fryer. The Vrbo was clean, newly remodeled, and smelled clean and fresh. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. I hope guests maintain the property so it remains in the same condition.

Words can’t describe this property. House was just like the pictures. Clean and cozy, everything you need is minute’s away. We had a dance convention this weekend and it was nice to drop her off and go relax in an open space. We can’t wait to be back. The host communicates with you at all times.
