What's even better is we are located just steps from the pool and ocean! Our exterior condo could not be closer to the ocean, however there is no ocean view as we are located on the first floor.

After a day of outdoor fun, gather around the grills for a barbecue feast, For those looking to stay active, enjoy a game of ping pong or test your skills with the selection of yard games.

When it's time to rinse off the sand and salt, the outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to end the day. And for cooler days or a change of scenery, the indoor pool provides the perfect spot for a swim.

Best of all, you're just steps away from the beach, allowing you to easily enjoy days of sun, surf, and sand. Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, our beach rental offers the perfect blend of comfort and excitement for an unforgettable vacation!

We even have a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer!

A total lie. Was to have an ocean view! Guess what? There is no view, only bushes . Maybe 2 floor might have some or third would probably have . Moldy shower curtain, tight and I do mean tight outside seating, dryer didn’t work and the host cared less about it, vents were dusty, the air filter is totally filled and needed to be replaced months ago, no broom or vacuum , shower safety bar is broken , rusted dryer, rotted wood outside on porch to where you can put your finger almost through , shower rod is rusted, and only sits on the shower ledge. You pull the shower curtain the wrong way it’ll come down on you.The hot and cold water handles are set the wrong way and you can easily burn yourself.

We’re disappointed to read this review, as it contains a number of statements that do not accurately reflect the property or what occurred during this stay. First, this property is advertised as oceanfront, not as having a direct ocean view from this unit. Our listing specifically describes dune views and clearly states that the first-floor location does not offer direct ocean views. We are very intentional about this wording, so guests know what to expect before booking. The dryer did experience an issue during this stay. We attempted to have it repaired, but a replacement part had to be ordered, and the repair could not be completed before the guest's departure. There is an onsite laundry facility, and we offered to reimburse the guest for any money spent using it while the dryer was unavailable. When we explained that an immediate repair was not possible, a member of the guest's party became confrontational, yelled at our host, and repeatedly accused her of lying. The guest also requested a broom and dustpan, which we promptly delivered. As for the additional claims made in this review, there is no rotted wood on the porch. The shower curtains are not moldy and were replaced last month. The HVAC filter was also replaced last month as part of our monthly filter-replacement schedule. The dryer is vented to the exterior, and because this is an oceanfront property, exterior components and appliances exposed to salt air can develop surface corrosion. That does not mean the appliance has been neglected. Most importantly, none of the alleged safety and maintenance issues described in this review were reported to us during the stay, despite the guest being in direct communication with us regarding the dryer and even requesting a broom and dustpan. Had concerns such as a broken safety bar, rotted wood, unsafe plumbing fixtures, or a falling shower rod been reported, we would have immediately investigated them. We take legitimate maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns seriously and address issues when they arise. In this instance, we acknowledged the dryer problem, attempted to repair it, offered an alternative and reimbursement, and promptly delivered the item the guest requested. We stand behind both the accuracy of our listing and our response to the issues that were actually reported during this stay.

Great place! Super close to the ocean and pool! Great for families! Had a little trouble with communication with the property owner- ex: checkout details and making sure they knew about things that were broken but otherwise it was wonderful and super family friendly! Thank you!

Family-Friendly Fun

Had a great time. Would have loved some bigger and more comfortable seating options in the living room, but aside from that and some master bath updates, it was a lovely, clean place in an excellent location.
