Mini Resort in the Mountains for 37 Guests

Reserve all of our extraordinarily unique property with sleeping for up to 37 people. Includes (4) early appalachian style cabins, (3) beautiful glamping tents, entertainment building, fishing pond, wedding area / amphitheater & more, all on 8.5 wooded acres in the mountains! All cabins have hot tubs for either 2 or 4 people. Booking the entire property assures your group of the privacy you desire.

✔Take your group on the best whitewater rafting excursions in the Southeastern US.
✔Class-4 rapids and awesome river guides provide your adrenaline rush!
✔Ride one of the Trains from Blue Ridge or Hiawassee to Copperhill.
✔Horseback riding, mtn biking and hiking in the Blue Ridge / Appalachian Mountains.
✔Join our friends at the breweries, wineries and distillery.
✔Take the kids tubing or kayaking on the beautiful (and slow) Toccoa River.
✔In our Lodge you can play pool, ping-pong, or giant Jenga. You can also use the gorgeous teak bar, free music system, large fridge and freezer, and the 86" TV for the big game.
✔Sit in wooden Adirondack chairs around the fire rings. We supply the firewood!

Don't make the mistake of renting 1 extra-large house or cabin for your group, unless you WANT to be on top of each other for the duration of your stay. Here,you can stretch your legs while others drown worms, or lay in a hammock, or relax in a hot tub, or listen to music, or play pool, or just lay on a blanket and figure out whether that cloud looks like a cat playing poker, or a guy with an extra long mullet. It's relaxing, but yet you can all be together.
