Welcome to The Cabins at Copperhill, a private rustic mountain retreat designed for groups, families, retreats, reunions, and small DIY-style events.
Tucked into 8.5 wooded acres in the mountains of Copperhill, Tennessee, this full-property booking gives your group exclusive use of our cabin village, including 4 rustic Appalachian-style cabins, 3 seasonal glamping tents, The Lodge gathering space, firepits, hot tubs, outdoor seating areas, a catch-and-release fishing pond, and wooded gathering spaces.
The property can sleep up to 38 guests when all cabins and tents are used at full bed capacity, making it ideal for family reunions, friend getaways, church retreats, small weddings, corporate retreats, bachelor/bachelorette weekends, and groups who want a private mountain setting all to themselves.
The Cabins at Copperhill is not a luxury resort — and that is part of its charm. Our cabins are simple, rustic, and inspired by early Appalachian mountain living. Guests come here to slow down, gather around the fire, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the feeling of having their own little mountain village.
Your group will enjoy access to The Lodge, our shared gathering space featuring a pool table, ping-pong table, jukebox-style music system, teak bar, bathrooms, picnic tables, a large gas grill, and nearby fire-ring areas with Adirondack chairs and free firewood.
The property is also close to some of the best outdoor adventures in the region, including the Ocoee River, world-class whitewater rafting, trout fishing, ziplining, waterfall hikes, Cherokee National Forest, and the mountain towns of Copperhill, McCaysville, and Blue Ridge.
For small events, we operate as a DIY-friendly venue. You are welcome to bring your own planner, caterer, vendors, decorations, and setup, as long as everything is approved in advance and follows our property rules.

We found Everett & Lesa’s property a year ago and visited, when we walked out our cabin and looked around we knew it was the perfect place to host our 40 person wedding weekend. Seeing all our closest friends and family around us on site was exactly how we imagined it. It’s a rustic cabin/camp vibe and the space is a perfect canvas to decorate for any wedding. Everett and Lesa were the sweetest to us since day 1, so helpful and communicative, and we’re so thankful to them for having us for our special day!
