Beautiful Home to Enjoy in Lely Resort!

This home offers a living room, family room, formal dining room, 3 bedrooms (split floor plan) and 2 baths. The kitchen has solid surface counter tops with stainless steel kitchen appliances installed in 2014. This kitchen is stacked full of everything you need. There is also a washer and dryer and laundry tub. There are built in speakers for your listening enjoyment and a 60" flat screen TV in the living room. There are 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen with TVs in all bedrooms. The screened in lanai has a pool plus grill and dining area along with loungers for sun bathing. The Players and Spa is available for your enjoyment.
