Beautiful property close to everything needed for fun! Room for everyone in our big family! Easy access to the bay and the beach. Clean and updated. Phenomenal service and quality kindness!

The property was great. It has nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. We have traveled to multiple cities in multiple states for this event each year, and this is the most bedrooms I have ever found in one house. NXT was communicative leading up to the stay, and they replied promptly with any questions or request that we had. Additionally, a property manager met us at the house to show us around at the beginning of our stay. They were excellent.

We had 2 units and it was nice to have 3 separate living room spaces and plenty of bathrooms and beds. The host was very responsive. The quality is in line with the area with a lot of vacation rentals in a touristy beach town. The 2 parking garage can technical fit 2 cars each, but are very very narrow, and really hard to find street parking during the weekend. It was nice to have beach toys, chairs and picnic blankets in the garage to use - especially how close it was to the beach!
