Great location to walk to historic St. Augustine! Cute house that was very clean, comfortable to hang out after exploring and well equipped. We were a group of two teen girls, adult daughter and grandmother who had plenty is space for all—even with sharing the one bathroom!

Great House, Great Location!

Perfect house for a weekend in St. Augustine. Lots of room, cozy, clean and close enough to walk to everything. Off street parking was a plus! We will stay here again next time we come to town, it’s great.

Love this old house!

This house reminds me of older homes in the Northeast. Original wood floors, beautiful molding, and a fantastic screened in front porch with a swing. Walkable to the old city which was great. Fantastic pizza place at the end of the block. I would stay here again!

We enjoy the property and it was within walking distance to many things. The only thing that was difficult was the AC was a little on the warm side however. That's to be expected with an older home. Everything was great and we would definitely stay there again.

The house is very clean, personable, and comfortable. It's in a wonderful location for walking to the St. Augustine historic district and nearby attractions. The house sits on a street between two main thoroughfares. There are restaurants on both streets - basically half a block away in both directions. It has great parking in a city where parking is a hard to find commodity. Owner is very hands on and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Great Location

We loved that we could walk throughout the historic district and it was close to restaurants and antique stores as well. The home was comfortable and spacious for our needs and the host was easy to communicate with. The website had not sent an automatic email about how to enter the home (key code or contact host upon arrival etc.). So prior to our departure to St. Augustine, I phoned Cari and she was more than gracious and gave me instructions on how to enter. Great trip!

It was a blast

Our family had a blast on July 4th, with fireworks and fun. The cottage is immaculate and beautifully done. All beds were super comfortable and the hosts left plenty of towels, pillows, throws. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Even with the holiday the street was quiet. The huge screened in porch is a wonderful gathering place. We will rebook. ❤️
