Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our week at this place even though we didn’t catch but a few fish! The only thing we didn’t understand was that the listing said there was a hot tub and we never saw any signs of one. It didn’t matter to us, however, it might to others looking.

Not recommended.

One of the showerhead in the bathroom wasn't working the back porch fan what's not working. Also, as far as clean not that clean back porch you couldn't even sit full of spiderwebs. Not the best house to rent when going to Possum Kingdom Lake. They have to do better job on the cleaning and keeping in maintenance.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet your expectations. We do want to note that we’ve had several renters since your visit and have not received any complaints about the showerheads. However, we’ll still inspect everything to ensure it's in good working order. As for the back porch, we do spray regularly for spiders and knock down webs, but being at the lake, it’s difficult to completely eliminate them — especially during certain times of year. Had you notified us during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address these concerns right away. We truly want all of our guests to have a great experience, and communication during the stay helps us make that happen.

We absolutely loved this property!!! We had a minor problem in one of the bathrooms and they quickly fixed it! I love how prompt and professional they were in responding to my message. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day on the water, relaxing and eating s'mores while watching the sun set! The location of this property is perfect! We can't wait to book this home again! It was truly a wonderful family weekend!

This was a great property with wonderful access to the lake. Our kids enjoyed the ability to swim off the dock, play in the sand, or enjoy the coolness of being inside. We recommend it!
