Great property, more than enough room to sleep 16 of us. Outdoor seating and inside seating was amazing for all of us! Loved the mid week pool cleaning. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. I really appreciated the double stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

There were some good things about our rental but they were overshadowed by many issues. First the good: Excellent location and beach access; the pool was nice and clean with excellent pool furniture; Views were to die for; the long kitchen table accommodated the entire family. Now the bad: The house was not very clean when we arrived (the patio doors looked like they had not been cleaned in a while). Also, the house needs to be fumigated. We found spiders everywhere (on one occasion, we counted 12 over the dining room table); Bed mattresses were just blocks of foam which provided zero support; House needed numerous repairs (peeling paint, leaky faucet, dishwasher was difficult to close; AC was frigid in half the house and non existent in the other half, Internet needs an upgrade. We could not watch a movie and get onto any tablets at the same time, deck needs to be sanded and stained), the coating was peeling on many of the pans. We have reserved a different house for next year and would only come back to this house if the above issues were corrected.

Thank you so much for your feedabck! The Spiders and Midge Flies in Sandbridge have been unusually bad. The house is on a Monthly Pest Control Program. We are constantly sweeping down webs. I apologize about the sliders- the bugs have been so bad we've actually had to hire window companies to keep up. I understand this was less than convenient and I wish we would've heard from you during your stay. There are several new mattresses in the home we try to rotate them out as needed. We could've easily delivered more pots and pans to you if they were needed. We will defientely get more in there ASAP and remove the peeling items. We have added wifi extenders to the house. We also got the owner to approve 3 new AC units the first of which is being replaced this week. We have to do one a week with back to back check ins.
