Clean, cheerful, updated and renovated family home. Tile floors throughout. Front porch, and back porch. Two blocks in both directions to either side of the island. Down the roach from a small park. Half a block from restaurants and gas station. Perfect location. Half mile to Publix. 2b/2b. On another note, this is also a family vacation home, so there are some personal items at the home.
