This was such a great stay! Only a 7 minute walk from Little Caesars arena, which was our main destination. Super clean, great shower, and nice drink and snack options in the room. Bed was super comfortable too. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The room was nice and very clean. The fridge had Detroit based products (Strohs beer, Vernors, etc) which was a thoughtful touch.

I had a great stay! The place was very clean, the host was friendly, and the location was perfect since we were going to a Red Wings game at Little Caesars Arena which was only a 4 minute walk. Parking was also very convenient, which made everything easy and stress-free. I had no issues whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Detroit.

The place was just what we needed for a nights stay after our event at the Fox Theater. We were able to walk to and from the venue which was awesome. The owner was very responsive to messages, gave us plenty of towels and extra bedding. And there was even a few Michigan made snacks/drinks provided which was a nice touch. The bed was quite comfortable as well. The early check in and later check out times compared to other places was really nice too. Overall, I’d definitely use this space again for any future events in the area.

The apartment was clean and well-located relative to the city center.The exterior of the building is old, but the apartment has been very beautifully renovated.It lacks a vacuum cleaner for cleaning up dog hair

Thank you for staying at the historic Bernard Ginsburg. As mentioned in your welcome message, if you needed anything, such as a vacuum to clean up after your pets, all you had to do was ask. There was a vacuum available in the Washer/dryer area outside your apartment door as well as one in the workout center outside your apartment. But also we are pet friendly with no cleaning fees so cleaning up after your pets is an amenity we provide at no additional cost.
