Direct Gulf Front Las Brisas 105, Very Nicely Updated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath

Master bedroom and Living room have an ocean front balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a full kitchen and large living room. Our Spacious (1470 sq/ft), fully air-conditioned unit sleeps 8 people comfortably. The unit contains a full size washer and dryer, free of charge. There is a large parking lot in front of the building, with a free parking spot for renters. (if you need 2 parking spots check out my other property #372943).
On a private beach with a year-round heated private pool, private picnic & BBQ areas to create the perfect paradise.
The building has both elevators and stairs. There are restaurants, taverns, shopping and attractions within walking distance. From amusement parks, gulf, Lowry Park Zoo, cultural centers, sporting events, museums, casinos, aquariums, theaters, wildlife sanctuaries, etc... with 14 miles of sandy beaches you'll never be bored, unless by choice!

So clean and comfortable

We have been vistiting Madeira beach for 25 years. This was our first stay at Las Brisas it was extremely clean, beds and couch were very comfortable. The pool, stairways were easy to access with a code. The condo had lots of little extra supplies, seasonings, paper goods that made our stay super easy. We loved having beach towels and lots of beach chairs. Another great stay at Madeira beach. We would highly recommend this condo. Communication with Cindy was fantastic. We even saw Manatees.

Excellent location, great property, stellar host!This condo is in a prime location, well appointed, clean, and with a great host!Check in was easy, with codes provided in advance along with important information about the property and area.Property was as-described, with everything we needed to have a great vacation. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, the AC kept up on the hottest well in Tampa history, the view was incredible and getting to the beach was so easy.As an added bonus, the host (Cindy) provides generous starter amenities like dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels, and even bathroom toiletries! There were also ample towels for our family. Cindy also generously offers use of her beach towels and beach toys/chairs/umbrellas which was a huge bonus that we were so grateful for.10/10 would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Cindy and her condo at Las Brisas, she obviously cares very much about her property and her guests.

Beautiful beach front location

We had such a great time! The place is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. The beach (right outside the door) was perfect too. We even saw Manatees swimming by right in front of us.

Perfect family friendly area

This place was perfect for us! It was right on the beach and had everything we needed. We had 5 adults and a 1 year old that stayed here looking for a place to relax on the beach at the condo was perfect for our group. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying coffee or watching the sunset. Will definitely be coming back again!

Fantastic spot!

This was a beautiful spot, the condo was clean, the view incredible. The only reason I knocked off a star was that there were a few convenience items missing. There was no wine opener (I bought one and left it), no garlic press, no extra garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. Still, I would return again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the 2 week stay at Las Brisas condo 105. It was well equipped with the top of the line utensils, cookware and extras. (blender, electric fry pan, large pots and pans) That is very important to me being a cook. I just loved it and we had some pretty good meals even on vacation. The condo was well taken care of and we loved the balcony. There was great relaxing sunsets and we were lucky to see a thunder storm. I know that rain can put a damper on a vacation but a thunder storm is relaxing and entertaining to watch. It was great. I would definitely do this again. THANKS FOR THE GREAT VACATION!!!

Thanksgiving vacation

We had a wonderful 4 days at Las Brisas!!!! Cindy was very helpful and always prompt with responses. Her condo had everything we needed!! Loved the sand toys, chairs, beach towels, etc for a day outings! There was construction going on in the bldg that caused some extra stress due to parking issues, safety by pool, view obstruction and no patio furniture, but we felt we were heard and Cindy made it right for us! The masterbed needs to be replaced as it was very uncomfortable (rolled into middle), but saved tons of money by cooking at "home" and had a great Thanksgiving Day! Thanks for the stay and hospitality!!! Plus the view is AMAZING!!!!!

Exceeded expectations

Rarely do you see pics of a rental property only to find the reality exceeded your expectations. The million dollar view was no lie. 2 miles of pristine beach to the south and 1.5 miles to the south. Las brisas was the only property that had immediate beach access, with shower facilities on the beach and a pool. The owners paid careful attention to every detail. First night bought LOBSTER tails. Oh no forgot seafood cutters. Nope in the drawer. Several times I went looking for a utensil or pot or a dish. All there. So thoughtful. They were warm approachable good people. So helpful. My kids didn't want to leave the unit. It is so comfortable and homey. Well done.

Not happy at all

It says 8 people but only one parking spot and don't ask the ppl you get the keys from they just act like they are new and say I have no idea. Nor did they even know what the keys were for. The vent over the stove didn't work at all the toaster only toast one side. The master toilet runs all the time if you don't wait for it to finish and flip the handle. And as far as Internet that is a joke we couldn't hook up to anything the place is nice bUT I won't come back to this one there are to many to choose from that cares

Excellent Beachfront Location

Overall we were satisfied with this property mainly due to the location. Madeira Beach is great and the condo is literally on the beach. However, when we first got in, we killed 3 large palmetto bugs (aka cockroaches). I got a hold of the owner contacted the property management company right away who had indicated they had rescheduled their bug spraying until that day we had checked in. These bugs are known to Florida so it's not uncommon to see them. Apparently the property is sprayed once a month and I'm guessing since it had been sprayed the day we came in, it just took time for those suckers to die. We saw a couple more over the next couple of days and then didn't see any again thank goodness. I don't think this is any way a reflection of the owners, but just know, this is beachfront property and you may see some bugs. We also saw what looked like to be mouse poop, leftover condiment packets (which had been ripped into by whatever was in the place) in the cupboards but I'm not sure if this was related to the roaches or not. However, I don't think those things should have been left in the cupboards because all food items are supposed to be removed from the unit based on the policy I read. One other thing that was different than any rental I've had in the past is they only give you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There are NO extras. In addition, no papertowels, two dish rags, and two kitchen towels, and two dishwasher packets and NO dish soap. No extras of anything. Luckily I had a friend in the area that brought me over some extra toilet paper and papertowels. We had to buy everything else. I think we may also have been the first renters after the covid crisis so I'm guessing cleaning may not have been at a normal standard. The place seemed a bit dirtier and like it had been "sitting" awhile. The day we left, my mom found stained sheets on her bed and was pretty disgusted by this since she had been sleeping there all week. Overall, I think some of this may have been due to the pandemic we were in, but I say this in the hopes that the property management company that is managing this property does a better job of cleaning in the future. I gave this a 4 star rating because I still think some of this may have occurred due to the covid crisis so I don't want to bring down this rating simply due to the time we were in. The furnishings were beautiful, there were plenty of beach chairs and towels to use.

Great beachfront balcony

This condo was perfect for our extended family of 5 with the 3 bedrooms and 5 beds. The balcony was our favorite spot and plenty large enough for all 5 of us. The couch is large and the dining table for 6 was perfect for card games. We were getting ready to purchase a box fan to have on while sleeping (ambient noise) when we found one in the closest which was great! We had activities in Tampa, St Pete Beach, and Clearwater so the location was pretty central. The dishwasher is on its last leg.. The floors in the bedrooms have had the carpet in the pictures removed, which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing family getaway

Property is old, but in general good shape. Lots of room for our group of 5. Unit provides beach chairs/towels/toys for use on beach. Beach area was very nice, and well maintained. This unit is super close to beach access and has a fabulous view of the beach/gulf. Being on the 1st floor worked out in our favor, as the one elevator is not very fast, and there seemed to always be a wait, so we just used the stairs. The kitchen is stocked with basics, but there are not a lot of serving bowls, containers - so if you plan on a sit down dinner, you might need to be creative, but it was still possible. There are a couple restaurants/bars in walking distance and grocery/shopping/entertainment is a short drive away. Johns Pass has a lot. Although check in/out is off property, it was relatively close and a very easy process. I had a couple small issues and the owner was very timely to respond to me. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the beach days. We will definately return in the future.

Second year in this unit

We spend a week at las brisas every summer for the last 12 years and we have stayed in many units. The last two years were spent in this unit and we hope to continue using it. It’s a beautiful unit and we appreciate the beach toys/chairs available.

I didn't want to be 'near' the beach, I wanted a property ON the beach. I love to simply walk outside & this stunning beach is at your feet.
I wanted to be able to look out directly on the Gulf!
I wanted to be able to hear the sounds of the surf.
I wanted it to be large enough to bring my family there without feeling crowded.
This wonderful condo checked all my boxes!

What makes this property unique

It's within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, live music, etc...
Our building attracts families, both young and old. I love that multi-generations of a family can vacation together & everyone is comfortable. We've met wonderful people around the pool area, from all over the world.
